【摘要】：充分發(fā)揮導(dǎo)師在研究生思想政治教育中的作用,是加強和完善研究生思想政治教育工作的重要組成部分,有助于推動研究生思想政治教育工作的進一步開展。文章通過問卷調(diào)查的方式,對導(dǎo)師參與研究生思想政治教育工作的現(xiàn)狀、目前存在的主要問題及其原因進行了分析,提出要建立導(dǎo)師在研究生思想政治教育工作中發(fā)揮首要責(zé)任人作用的新機制。
[Abstract]:Giving full play to the role of tutors in the ideological and political education of postgraduates is an important part of strengthening and perfecting the work of ideological and political education of postgraduates, and is helpful to promote the further development of the work of ideological and political education of postgraduates. Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the current situation of the tutor's participation in the work of ideological and political education of postgraduates, the main problems and the reasons for their participation in the work of ideological and political education of postgraduates. A new mechanism for tutors to play the most important role in the ideological and political education of postgraduates is proposed.
