【摘要】：結(jié)合中山大學附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院在國內(nèi)率先試行了三年的腫瘤學�？漆t(yī)師培訓實踐情況及存在問題,對我國醫(yī)療服務市場對臨床醫(yī)學人才的需求進行分析,提出了在高校附屬醫(yī)院中把�？漆t(yī)師培訓與臨床醫(yī)學專業(yè)學位研究生教育兩項工作試行接軌、率先在腫瘤學科進行試點并逐步探索推廣的�？漆t(yī)師培訓工作思路;同時借鑒美國成熟的醫(yī)師培訓和考試制度,結(jié)合我國國情,對我國醫(yī)學教育體系特別是畢業(yè)后醫(yī)學教育提出了三階梯遞進培訓的設想。
[Abstract]:Combined with the training practice and problems of oncology specialist for three years in China, the medical service market of our country is analyzed on the demand of clinical medical talents.This paper puts forward that the training of specialists should be combined with the postgraduate education of clinical medicine degree in the affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities, and the train of thought of specialist training should be explored step by step.At the same time, referring to the mature training and examination system of doctors in the United States and combining with the national conditions of our country, this paper puts forward the idea of three-step progressive training for the medical education system of our country, especially the medical education after graduation.
