【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代以來,隨著英國博士在學(xué)術(shù)界之外就業(yè)范圍的擴大,要求博士教育不僅要重視學(xué)術(shù)訓(xùn)練,還應(yīng)加入可轉(zhuǎn)移技能訓(xùn)練。2002年英國政府發(fā)布的《羅伯茨報告》提出可轉(zhuǎn)移技能訓(xùn)練融入博士教育并為之提供經(jīng)費資助的建議。此后英國研究理事會投入約1億2000萬英鎊的特別資金,支持博士培養(yǎng)機構(gòu)為博士生提供可轉(zhuǎn)移技能訓(xùn)練,即"羅伯茨資助"。"羅伯茨資助"擴大了博士生可轉(zhuǎn)移技能訓(xùn)練范圍,提高了博士生的學(xué)業(yè)完成率,促進了博士自身的發(fā)展,為英國博士教育贏得了國際聲譽。英國博士教育中的可轉(zhuǎn)移技能訓(xùn)練對我國博士教育發(fā)展具有一定的啟示。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, with the expansion of the British, in addition to the academic community employment scope, requirements of doctoral education should not only pay attention to academic training, should also join the transferable skills training for.2002 years the British government issued "Roberts report" proposed transfer of skills training into doctoral education and provide recommendations for funding. Since the British Research Council investment the special funds of about 120 million pounds, training institutions to provide support, transferable skills training doctoral students, namely "Roberts grant." "Roberts grant" expanded the doctoral transferable skills training, improve doctoral completion rates, and promote the development of their own, to win an international reputation for the British, Dr. education. Transferable skills training has certain enlightenment on the development of Chinese Doctoral Education UK doctoral education.
