【摘要】：高水平研究生教育是世界一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科的突出特征。“十三五”期間,我國(guó)高水平大學(xué)建設(shè)要取得新突破,就必須把建設(shè)一流的研究生教育體系放在重要位置,重視人文社科碩士生求學(xué)滿意度對(duì)建設(shè)一流研究生教育體系意義重大。大陸和臺(tái)灣地區(qū)的人文社科碩士生教育可謂同根同源,與此同時(shí),二者的發(fā)展又各具特色,兩地區(qū)積累了不同的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)兩地區(qū)人文社科碩士生求學(xué)滿意度進(jìn)行比較研究有利于兩地區(qū)借鑒彼此經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),進(jìn)而促進(jìn)兩地區(qū)人文社科碩士生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的提高。本文從“人文社科碩士生求學(xué)滿意度”這個(gè)角度入手,以個(gè)人基本屬性、導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、校園文化、課程與教學(xué)、日常管理、后勤服務(wù)、評(píng)估反饋、招生培養(yǎng)九個(gè)維度自擬調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,以大陸地區(qū)Z大學(xué)和臺(tái)灣地區(qū)T大學(xué)為主要樣本,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談相結(jié)合的方式進(jìn)行調(diào)查。對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用SPSS 21處理和分析發(fā)現(xiàn):臺(tái)灣地區(qū)高校人文社科碩士生求學(xué)滿意度高于大陸地區(qū)高校人文社科碩士生求學(xué)滿意度,但兩地區(qū)高校人文社科碩士生求學(xué)滿意度都處于一般到比較滿意之間,其滿意度水平均有待提高;被調(diào)查對(duì)象性別、年級(jí)、所學(xué)專業(yè)是否為興趣愛(ài)好、是否跨專業(yè)讀研、讀研前是否有過(guò)工作經(jīng)歷對(duì)各結(jié)構(gòu)變量滿意度具有不同程度的影響。本文根據(jù)以上分析并結(jié)合問(wèn)卷開(kāi)放題目所獲得的信息,提出了提高兩地區(qū)高校人文社科碩士生求學(xué)滿意度的具體措施:增強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生滿意重要性的認(rèn)識(shí);通過(guò)市場(chǎng)調(diào)研、加強(qiáng)教育服務(wù)質(zhì)量過(guò)程管理、強(qiáng)化學(xué)生管理工作,改善導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍與導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)、改善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及后勤服務(wù)、豐富校園文化、提升課程與教學(xué)水平、促進(jìn)人性化日常管理、完善評(píng)估反饋機(jī)制、改進(jìn)招生與培養(yǎng)等相關(guān)工作全方位提高人文社科碩士生教育服務(wù)水平。
[Abstract]:High-level graduate education is a prominent feature of world-class universities and disciplines.During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, in order to achieve a new breakthrough in the construction of high-level universities in China, we must put the construction of a first-class postgraduate education system at an important position.It is of great significance to pay attention to the degree of satisfaction of the Master of Humanities and Social Sciences for the construction of the first-class graduate education system.The humanities and social sciences master's education in the mainland and Taiwan can be said to have the same roots. At the same time, the development of the two regions has its own characteristics, and the two regions have accumulated different experiences.A comparative study of the degree of satisfaction between the two regions is helpful for the two regions to learn from each other's experiences and lessons, and then to promote the quality of the cultivation of the humanities and social sciences master students in the two regions.From the angle of "degree of satisfaction of humanities and social sciences master's study", this paper starts with personal basic attributes, tutors' guidance, infrastructure, campus culture, curriculum and teaching, daily management, logistics service, evaluation feedback, etc.The self-designed questionnaire of nine dimensions of enrollment training was conducted with Z University in mainland China and T University in Taiwan as the main samples. The questionnaire and interview were used to conduct the investigation.Using SPSS 21 to process and analyze the investigation data, it is found that the degree of satisfaction of humanities and social sciences master degree students in Taiwan is higher than that in mainland China.However, the degree of satisfaction of humanities and social sciences graduate students in the two regions is between general and satisfactory, and the level of satisfaction needs to be improved.The degree of satisfaction of structural variables is influenced by whether or not there is any work experience before graduate school.Based on the above analysis and the information obtained from the open questionnaire, this paper puts forward some concrete measures to improve the degree of satisfaction of humanities and social sciences students in universities and colleges in the two regions: enhancing the understanding of the importance of students' satisfaction;Strengthening the process management of educational service quality, strengthening student management, improving tutors and tutors' guidance, improving infrastructure and logistics services, enriching campus culture, enhancing curriculum and teaching level, and promoting humanized daily management.Improve the evaluation feedback mechanism, improve enrollment and training and other related work to improve the humanities and social sciences master's education service level.
