【摘要】：臨床醫(yī)學專業(yè)學位碩士研究生以培養(yǎng)高水平臨床醫(yī)師,提高臨床醫(yī)療隊伍素質和臨床醫(yī)療工作水平為目標,其教育的核心是臨床技能的培養(yǎng)。但受研究生生源、培養(yǎng)體制等諸多因素影響,制約了研究生的培養(yǎng)水平。為進一步提高臨床專業(yè)碩士研究生的培養(yǎng)質量,可從完善培養(yǎng)制度,落實管理細節(jié),強化執(zhí)行力度;加強導師的臨床指導力度;注重研究生"三基"培訓和臨床綜合素質培養(yǎng);嚴格研究生輪轉出科考試管理等入手,為社會輸送高層次臨床應用型人才。
[Abstract]:The goal of the graduate students in clinical medicine is to train high level clinicians, to improve the quality of clinical medical personnel and to improve the level of clinical medical work. The core of their education is the cultivation of clinical skills.However, the graduate student source, training system and many other factors restrict the level of graduate training.In order to further improve the training quality of clinical master's graduate students, we can improve the training system, carry out the management details, strengthen the enforcement dynamics, strengthen the clinical guidance of the mentors, pay attention to the "three bases" training and the clinical comprehensive quality training of the graduate students.Strict management of graduate students'rotation examination and so on, to transport high-level clinical applied talents for the society.
