【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代以來,以知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ)的全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,在這一背景下,世界范圍的博士生教育發(fā)生了巨大的變革。"競(jìng)爭(zhēng)"成為博士生教育的重要理念,博士生教育越來越多地出現(xiàn)在科技創(chuàng)新和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的命題之下。因此,吸收最優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生、促進(jìn)國(guó)際間博士生教育的交流與合作、培養(yǎng)在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)中最具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的高技術(shù)人才成為各國(guó)博士生教育的重要目標(biāo)和策略。以美國(guó)、英國(guó)為案例,研究?jī)蓢?guó)博士生教育國(guó)際化的現(xiàn)狀,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步對(duì)博士生教育國(guó)際化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)與特征進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:"since the 1990s, the global competition based on knowledge has become increasingly fierce. In this context, doctoral education in the world has undergone tremendous changes."Competition "has become an important concept of doctoral education, which appears more and more under the proposition of scientific and technological innovation and economic development."Therefore, attracting the best students, promoting the exchange and cooperation of international doctoral education, training the most competitive high-tech talents in the global economy has become an important goal and strategy of doctoral education in various countries.Taking the United States and Britain as examples, this paper studies the current situation of the internationalization of doctoral education in the two countries, and further analyzes the development trend and characteristics of the internationalization of doctoral education.
