京津冀高校統(tǒng)計學研究生培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:研究生教育不僅是培養(yǎng)高水平人才的重要途徑,而且在我國創(chuàng)新體系中起著明顯的促進作用。隨著改革開放之后我國經(jīng)濟等各個方面的進步,研究生教育水平已有了很大程度的改善。但正如《教育部、國家發(fā)展改革委、財政部關(guān)于深化研究生教育改革的意見》(教研[2013]1號)中指出的,總體上看,研究生教育還不能完全適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的需求,培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量與國際先進水平還有較大差距。隨著“大數(shù)據(jù)”概念深入人心,社會發(fā)展對具有統(tǒng)計學知識的專業(yè)人才的需求日益增加。2011年統(tǒng)計學由二級學科上升為一級學科,統(tǒng)計學研究生招生規(guī)模也迅速擴大,再加上學術(shù)型研究生、專業(yè)型研究生的同時培養(yǎng),經(jīng)濟學學位研究生、理學學位研究生的不同培養(yǎng)方向,給統(tǒng)計學研究生培養(yǎng)提出更高的要求。為了了解統(tǒng)計學研究生培養(yǎng)教育現(xiàn)狀,本文采用自編調(diào)查問卷的形式針對課程設(shè)置、授課方式、導師指導、科研創(chuàng)新、社會實踐、學生考核六個模塊對京津冀高校統(tǒng)計學研究生及研究生導師分別進行了問卷調(diào)查。了解統(tǒng)計學研究生培養(yǎng)教育現(xiàn)狀,探索可能存在的問題。同時,研究影響統(tǒng)計學研究生培養(yǎng)教育滿意度的因素。為統(tǒng)計學研究生的培養(yǎng)方式提出可能性建議,提高統(tǒng)計學研究生的教育質(zhì)量,促進統(tǒng)計學學科的內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),目前統(tǒng)計學研究生對本專業(yè)培養(yǎng)的總體滿意度較高,而且教師授課方式和院系科研氛圍是影響統(tǒng)計學研究生滿意度的重要因素。在六個模塊中,課程體系設(shè)置的總體滿意度最高。而且,盡管統(tǒng)計學專業(yè)型碩士的招生不到十年時間,但專業(yè)型碩士的總體滿意度較高。但是,值得注意的是,統(tǒng)計學研究生培養(yǎng)也有不足:一方面統(tǒng)計學學術(shù)型碩士的科研動力不足,科研能力較低。另一方面,導師指導學生的質(zhì)量有待提高,教師授課方式和授課內(nèi)容比較單一,經(jīng)濟學學位碩士的課程體系設(shè)置仍有完善空間。
[Abstract]:Graduate education is not only an important way to train high-level talents, but also plays an important role in promoting the innovation system of our country.With the progress of economy and other aspects after reform and opening up, the level of graduate education has been greatly improved.However, as pointed out in the opinions of the Ministry of Education, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Finance on deepening the reform of graduate education (teaching and research [2013] 1), on the whole, graduate education cannot fully meet the needs of economic and social development.There is still a big gap between the quality of cultivation and the international advanced level.With the concept of "big data" deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, the demand for professionals with statistical knowledge in social development is increasing day by day. In 2011, statistics rose from a second-level discipline to a first-level discipline, and the enrollment of statistical graduate students also expanded rapidly.In addition, the different training directions of academic graduate, professional graduate student, economics graduate student and science graduate student put forward higher requirements for the training of statistics graduate students.In order to understand the current situation of training and education of postgraduates in statistics, this paper adopts the form of self-made questionnaire to focus on the curriculum, teaching methods, tutors' guidance, scientific research innovation, social practice, etc.Six modules of student assessment were used to investigate statistics graduate students and graduate tutors in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei universities.To understand the current situation of graduate education in statistics and explore the possible problems.At the same time, the factors influencing the education satisfaction of statistical graduate students were studied.In order to improve the education quality of statistical graduate students and promote the implicit development of statistics subject, this paper puts forward some possible suggestions for the cultivation of statistical graduate students.It is found that the overall satisfaction of the graduate students in statistics is high, and the teaching style of the teachers and the scientific research atmosphere of the departments are the important factors that affect the satisfaction of the graduate students in statistics.Among the six modules, the overall satisfaction of curriculum system is the highest.Moreover, although the enrollment of professional masters in statistics is less than ten years, the overall satisfaction of professional masters is higher.However, it is worth noting that there are also deficiencies in the cultivation of graduate students in statistics: on the one hand, the academic master of statistics lacks the motivation for scientific research and the ability of scientific research is relatively low.On the other hand, the quality of tutors guiding students needs to be improved, the teaching methods and contents of teachers are relatively simple, and there is room for perfecting the curriculum system of the master's degree in economics.
