【摘要】： 研究生是一個不同于大學(xué)生的特殊群體,這個群體正在迅速擴(kuò)大,研究生道德建設(shè)也顯得越來越重要。為加強(qiáng)研究生道德建設(shè),研究者們從多個方面進(jìn)行了有益的探索。但現(xiàn)有研究依然存在著不足之處,例如對研究生自我教育自我管理的認(rèn)識還不夠深入。為了彌補(bǔ)不足,需做進(jìn)一步的理論深化,以進(jìn)一步提高研究生道德建設(shè)。 本文主要討論了兩個問題:第一,研究生道德建設(shè)的自我教育自我管理的有無必要的問題;第二,研究生道德建設(shè)的自我教育自我管理如何進(jìn)行的問題。針對這兩個問題,本文進(jìn)行了深層次的理論梳理。通過這種理論梳理,本文對第一個問題的回答是:個體、群體、道德建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀等都促使研究生迫切需要進(jìn)行自我教育自我管理;對第二個問題的回答是一方面研究生自身及群體要有所為,另一方面要注意引導(dǎo)。 全文分為二個部分。 第一部分:關(guān)于研究生道德建設(shè)的重要意義及自我教育自我管理的必要性。這一部分主要是對研究生道德建設(shè)的重要意義進(jìn)行理論探討,為研究的進(jìn)一步展開奠定基礎(chǔ),并通過分析研究生個體和群體的需要和特點(diǎn)以及目前研究生道德建設(shè)的自我教育自我管理狀況,從而進(jìn)一步突出其重要性和緊迫性。 第二部分:關(guān)于如何在研究生道德建設(shè)中開展自我教育自我管理。這一部分主要從四個方面論述了如何在研究生道德建設(shè)中開展自我教育自我管理。一是明確研究生道德建設(shè)的自我教育與自我管理的關(guān)系:后者是前者的一種能力再現(xiàn),是前者的成果和標(biāo)志、深化和發(fā)展,后者促進(jìn)前者的發(fā)展,反過來前者又會進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)后者的發(fā)展,兩者相互聯(lián)系、相互包含、相輔相成、相互促進(jìn)。二是注重研究生個體的自我教育自我管理:一定努力要繼承我國傳統(tǒng)文化中自我教育自我管理的精華;加強(qiáng)對外來文化和價值觀念中自我教育自我管理的合理理念的吸收;力求使馬克思主義、中國傳統(tǒng)和西方道德觀的自我教育自我管理理念相結(jié)合。三是加強(qiáng)研究生群體的自我教育自我管理:要充分發(fā)揮研究生群眾團(tuán)體在自我教
[Abstract]:Graduate students are a special group different from college students. This group is expanding rapidly, and the moral construction of graduate students is becoming more and more important. The researchers have carried on the beneficial exploration from many aspects, but the existing research still has the insufficiency, for example, the understanding of the self-management of the postgraduates' self-education is not deep enough. In order to make up for the deficiency, we need to further deepen the theory. In order to further improve the moral construction of graduate students. This paper mainly discusses two problems: first, whether the self-education self-management of postgraduates' moral construction is necessary; second, how to carry out self-education self-management of postgraduates' moral construction. Through this theory, the answer to the first question is: the individual, the group, the present situation of moral construction and so on all urge the graduate student to carry on the self-education self-management urgently; The answer to the second question is that, on the one hand, graduate students themselves and groups should do something, on the other hand, they should pay attention to guidance. This part mainly discusses how to carry out self-education self-management in postgraduates' moral construction from four aspects. First, it is clear. The relationship between self-education and self-management in moral construction of postgraduates: the latter is a reappearance of the former's ability. It is the achievement and symbol of the former, deepening and developing, while the latter promotes the development of the former, which in turn will further promote the development of the latter. The two are interrelated, mutually inclusive and mutually reinforcing.
