【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步和知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,具有較強(qiáng)科研能力的高素質(zhì)人才在當(dāng)代社會(huì)和未來發(fā)展中扮演著日益重要的角色。碩士研究生教育作為我國教育的重要階段,與科學(xué)研究有著高度的關(guān)聯(lián)性,同時(shí)也是培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)、創(chuàng)新型人才的重要階段�？蒲心芰κ枪た拼T士研究生教育必須完成的學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)和必修課程,加強(qiáng)對(duì)工科碩士研究生科研能力的培養(yǎng)也是我國建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家的重要舉措。對(duì)于碩士研究生科研活動(dòng)的研究,國內(nèi)研究者大多沒有區(qū)分工科碩士生和文科碩士生所需要的科研能力,對(duì)工科碩士研究生科研活動(dòng)的直接研究較少,特別是對(duì)科研活動(dòng)整體現(xiàn)狀的研究更少。本文從研究問題出發(fā),通過大量的文獻(xiàn)分析和研究,概況出我國工科碩士研究生科研能力培養(yǎng)存在的主要問題,并對(duì)造成這些問題的主要原因進(jìn)行分析,然后根據(jù)教育學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)等的相關(guān)理論,提出了優(yōu)化我國工科碩士生科研能力培養(yǎng)的幾項(xiàng)具體措施。本研究的價(jià)值在于：第一,對(duì)工科研究生科研活動(dòng)內(nèi)涵、結(jié)構(gòu)要素、特點(diǎn)及意義的探討拓展了研究生科研理論的研究范疇；第二,針對(duì)工科碩士生科研活動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀提出的策略建議對(duì)改善碩士生科研活動(dòng),推動(dòng)研究生教育教學(xué)改革與發(fā)展提供了理論參考；第三,增強(qiáng)高校管理者及師生對(duì)工科碩士生科研活動(dòng)的重視程度,促進(jìn)相關(guān)教育政策的制定與實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of science and technology and the rapid development of knowledge economy, high-quality talents with strong scientific research ability are playing an increasingly important role in the contemporary society and the future development. Scientific research is highly related to scientific research, and is also an important stage for training high quality and innovative talents. Scientific research ability is a necessary learning activity and compulsory course for graduate students in engineering. Strengthening the cultivation of scientific research ability of engineering graduate students is also an important measure to build an innovative country in our country. Most of the domestic researchers do not distinguish the scientific research ability needed by the engineering master students and the arts master students, and the direct research on the research activities of the engineering master graduate students is less. In particular, there is less research on the overall status of scientific research activities. Based on a large number of literature analysis and research, this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the cultivation of scientific research ability of engineering graduate students in China. And the main causes of these problems are analyzed, and then according to the relevant theories of education, economics, management and so on, Several concrete measures to optimize the scientific research ability of engineering graduate students in China are put forward. The value of this study lies in the following aspects: first, the connotation and structural elements of scientific research activities of engineering graduate students, The discussion of characteristics and significance has expanded the research scope of postgraduate scientific research theory. Secondly, the strategic suggestions for improving the research activities of master degree students are put forward in view of the present situation of scientific research activities of engineering master students. Promote the reform and development of postgraduate education and teaching to provide a theoretical reference; third, enhance the university administrators and teachers and students pay attention to the scientific research activities of engineering master students, and promote the formulation and implementation of relevant educational policies.
