【摘要】：經(jīng)管類研究生培養(yǎng)是我國提高國家軟實力的重要組成部分,經(jīng)管類研究生的創(chuàng)新能力是提高經(jīng)管類學(xué)科發(fā)展的動力,同時也是提高國家軟實力的動力。正確認(rèn)識經(jīng)管類研究生創(chuàng)新能力是培養(yǎng)經(jīng)管類研究生推動經(jīng)管類學(xué)科發(fā)展和國家軟實力發(fā)展的重要因素。 本文以高校擴(kuò)招為背景,闡述了經(jīng)管類研究生的質(zhì)量正在下降。因此,要提高經(jīng)管類研究生的創(chuàng)新能力來提高經(jīng)管類研究生的質(zhì)量。本文通過國內(nèi)外的研究動態(tài),了解當(dāng)前研究生創(chuàng)新能力的研究現(xiàn)狀。通過經(jīng)管類研究生創(chuàng)新能力的分析,研究出經(jīng)管類研究生創(chuàng)新能力的現(xiàn)狀、存在問題和問題原因。在分析現(xiàn)狀時,運用馬茲羅的創(chuàng)新能力表現(xiàn)形式分類理論對經(jīng)管類研究生創(chuàng)新能力表現(xiàn)形式進(jìn)行分類。分析創(chuàng)新思維現(xiàn)狀的時候,運用沃拉斯四階段模型進(jìn)行分析。本文通過建立經(jīng)管類研究生創(chuàng)新能力指標(biāo)體系對經(jīng)管類研究生創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行評價,之后運用灰色聚類模型進(jìn)行實證分析。最后,針對分析出的結(jié)論提出經(jīng)管類研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的對策。 國家提高軟實力是勢在必行的,因此各個軟科學(xué)學(xué)科都應(yīng)該提高自身水平。經(jīng)管類學(xué)科就應(yīng)把提高經(jīng)管類研究生創(chuàng)新能力為第一任務(wù),最終達(dá)到學(xué)科整體的進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of graduate students of economics and management is an important part of improving the soft power of our country, and the innovation ability of graduate students of economics and management is the motive force to improve the development of the discipline of economics and management. At the same time, it is also the motive force to improve the national soft power. Correctly understanding the innovative ability of the graduate students of economics and management is an important factor to train the graduate students of economics and management to promote the development of the discipline of economic management and the development of national soft power. In this paper, the quality of graduate students of economics and management is declining under the background of college enrollment expansion. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the innovative ability of graduate students of economics and management to improve the quality of graduate students of economics and management. To understand the current research status of graduate students' innovation ability. Through the analysis of the innovation ability of economic management graduate students, the present situation, problems and reasons of the innovation ability of economic management graduate students are studied. By using Mazlo's classification theory of innovative ability expression form, this paper classifies the expression form of economic and management graduate students' innovation ability, and analyzes the present situation of innovative thinking. This paper evaluates the innovation ability of economic management graduate students by establishing an index system of innovation ability of economic management graduate students, and then uses grey cluster model to carry out empirical analysis. According to the conclusion of the analysis, the author puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating the innovative ability of the graduate students of economics and management. It is imperative for the country to improve soft power, so each subject of soft science should improve its own level. The discipline of economic management should take improving the innovation ability of graduate students of economics and management as the first task, and finally achieve the progress of the whole discipline.
