【摘要】：作為高等教育的重要組成部分,研究生教育在諸多方面都迥異于本科教育。研究生教育的特殊性,決定了該階段的"學(xué)生反哺"具有更加鮮明的個(gè)性特征。文章借鑒馬克思主義有關(guān)"人"的概念界定方式,從"類""群""個(gè)體"等維度的"研究生"的特點(diǎn),來確證研究生對(duì)導(dǎo)師超越和反哺的可能性。同時(shí),作為個(gè)體專業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)因,研究生導(dǎo)師的進(jìn)取意愿和教育價(jià)值觀,則是學(xué)生反哺實(shí)現(xiàn)的必要前提。
[Abstract]:As an important part of higher education, graduate education is different from undergraduate education in many aspects. It is decided that the "student feeding back" in this stage has more distinct personality characteristics. The article draws lessons from the Marxist definition of "person", from the characteristics of "graduate student" in the dimensions of "class", "group", "individual" and so on. At the same time, as the internal cause of individual professional development, graduate tutor's enterprising will and educational value are the necessary prerequisite for the realization of students' feedback.
