地方高校碩士研究生生活空間變移研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),碩士研究生教育質(zhì)量下降已成為影響研究生群體成長(zhǎng),教育事業(yè)發(fā)展和國(guó)家人才戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的重要因素。因此從理論上探索碩士研究生教育規(guī)律,尋找破解研究生教育質(zhì)量下降問(wèn)題的有效途徑,日益成為政府和學(xué)術(shù)界廣泛關(guān)注的話題。 目前,關(guān)于研究生教育選題的研究成果比較豐富,但多從教育學(xué),管理學(xué),以及心理學(xué)等角度展開(kāi),從社會(huì)學(xué)角度進(jìn)行研究尚不多見(jiàn)。 本文用于社會(huì)空間理論,從碩士研究生生活空間變移的視角出發(fā),運(yùn)用實(shí)證的方法,探討研究生生活空間變移與研究生教育質(zhì)量之間的關(guān)系。 首先,本研究在抽樣調(diào)查,個(gè)案訪談及運(yùn)用SPSS數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)現(xiàn),與二十年前碩士研究生相比,目前的碩士研究生生活空間已發(fā)生顯著的變移,這種變移主要呈現(xiàn)出三個(gè)方向性特征。一是由教室,圖書(shū)館移向?qū)嬍;二是由校?nèi)公共活動(dòng)移向校外娛樂(lè)場(chǎng)所;三是由以學(xué)習(xí)生活為主要特征的學(xué)校移向以生產(chǎn)性活動(dòng)為主要內(nèi)容的社會(huì)。 其次,碩士研究生生活空間變移與其社會(huì)文化空間變移具有高度相關(guān)性。物理生活空間的變移往往同時(shí)引起社會(huì)關(guān)系,社會(huì)交往及社會(huì)環(huán)境的一定程度上的“質(zhì)變”。這種“質(zhì)變”主要體現(xiàn)在三個(gè)方面,一是社會(huì)關(guān)系表層化;二是社會(huì)交往多元化;三是社會(huì)環(huán)境復(fù)雜化。 再次,研究生生活空間變移與研究生質(zhì)量下降成正相關(guān):①研究生生活空間未發(fā)生明顯變移的,其質(zhì)量相對(duì)較高,甚至成上升趨勢(shì)。②生活空間變移程度低,界域跨度小的研究生,其質(zhì)量下降不明顯。③生活空間變移頻率高,界域跨度大的研究生,質(zhì)量下降相對(duì)明顯。 本文還從研究生攻讀學(xué)位動(dòng)機(jī)、學(xué)校管理制度與課程設(shè)置、就業(yè)壓力等方面探討了研究生生活空間變移導(dǎo)致其質(zhì)量下降的原因,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出解決研究生生活空間變移,提高研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的思考。主要有:碩士研究生自身建設(shè)的思考;碩士研究生教育管理工作的思考;碩士研究生教育培養(yǎng)工作的思考。 本文的獨(dú)特之處在于從生活空間變移的視角審視社會(huì)文化環(huán)境變化對(duì)研究生的影響。這對(duì)從生活視域出發(fā)規(guī)范研究生日常行為,完善學(xué)校管理制度,提高研究生教育質(zhì)量不無(wú)裨益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the decline in the quality of graduate education has become an important factor affecting the growth of graduate students, the development of education and the implementation of national talent strategy. Finding an effective way to solve the problem of the decline of graduate education quality has increasingly become a topic of widespread concern by the government and academic circles. At present, the research on the topic of graduate education is relatively rich, but mostly from the angles of education, management, psychology and so on, but not from the angle of sociology. Based on the theory of social space, this paper discusses the relationship between the shift of living space of postgraduates and the quality of postgraduate education from the perspective of the shift of living space of postgraduates. First of all, on the basis of sample survey, case interview and SPSS data analysis, it is found that compared with 20 years ago, the living space of graduate students has changed significantly. This kind of shift mainly shows three directional characteristics: one is moving from classroom and library to dormitory, the other is moving from public activities in school to entertainment place outside school. The third is the shift from the school characterized by learning and life to a society with productive activities as its main content. Secondly, there is a high correlation between the shift of living space and the shift of social and cultural space. The shift of physical living space often causes social relations at the same time. The "qualitative change" of social interaction and social environment to a certain extent is mainly reflected in three aspects, one is the surfacing of social relations, the other is the diversification of social interaction, and the third is the complexity of social environment. Thirdly, there is no significant change in graduate student living space with positive correlation between graduate student living space shift and graduate student quality decline. The quality of graduate student living space is relatively high, even rising trend .2 living space shift degree is low. The decrease of quality of graduate students with small boundary span is not obvious. 3 the quality of graduate students with large span of boundary area decreases relatively obviously. 3 the frequency of change of living space is higher than that of graduate students with large span of boundary area. This paper also discusses the reasons for the decline of graduate students' living space from the aspects of motivation, school management system and curriculum arrangement, employment pressure and so on, and proposes to solve the problem of graduate students' living space shift. Thoughts on improving the quality of postgraduate training. The main ideas are: the thinking of the self-construction of the master's graduate students, the thinking of the education management work of the master's graduate students, and the thinking of the education and training work of the master's graduate students. The unique point of this paper is to examine the influence of the change of social and cultural environment on graduate students from the perspective of changing living space, which can standardize the daily behavior of graduate students from the perspective of life and perfect the school management system. It is helpful to improve the quality of graduate education.
