【摘要】:從古至今,無論是有著輝煌燦爛歷史的文明古國,還是稱霸當今世界的西方發(fā)達國家,都把教育作為立國之本。知識經(jīng)濟時代,國家的發(fā)展、民族的復興都離不開社會整體創(chuàng)新能力的提高。研究生作為國家創(chuàng)新的主體力量和未來科技的領軍人物,研究生的創(chuàng)新能力水平將直接影響甚至決定國家的發(fā)展和社會的進步。因此,建立一套科學合理的研究生創(chuàng)新能力評價體系不僅是研究生教育發(fā)展的迫切需要,也是促進國家創(chuàng)新能力水平整體提升重要途徑之一。 本文對研究生創(chuàng)新能力評價相關理論進行了系統(tǒng)的研究和總結,并依據(jù)創(chuàng)新活動開展的過程明確了研究生創(chuàng)新能力涵蓋的內容。同時,從外部環(huán)境因素、內部環(huán)境因素和學生自身條件因素幾方面對影響研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的因素和我國現(xiàn)階段碩士研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)存在的問題進行了分析。根據(jù)研究生創(chuàng)新能力涵蓋的內容和我國現(xiàn)階段碩士研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)存在的問題,以通過發(fā)揮評價體系的導向作用解決我國研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)存在的問題為出發(fā)點,有側重點的構建了高校碩士研究生創(chuàng)新能力評價指標體系。并利用熵值法進行客觀賦權,用模糊綜合評價法對研究生創(chuàng)新能力進行定量評價,并指出應改進的方向,達到了預期的評價效果。最后,針對我國研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)存在的問題有針對性提出了對策,為我國研究生教育的發(fā)展提供了參考與和借鑒。
[Abstract]:From ancient times to the present, both the ancient civilization with a splendid history and the western developed countries that seek to dominate the world today have taken education as the foundation for the founding of the country.in the era of knowledge economy, the development of the country, The rejuvenation of the nation can not be achieved without the improvement of the overall innovation ability of the society. As the main force of national innovation and the leading figure in science and technology in the future, graduate students, The level of innovative ability of graduate students will directly affect and even determine the development of the country and social progress. Therefore, it is not only the urgent need to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of graduate students' innovation ability, but also the urgent need for the development of graduate education. It is also one of the important ways to promote the level of national innovation ability. This paper systematically studies and summarizes the related theories of graduate students' innovation ability evaluation, and clarifies the contents of graduate students' innovation ability according to the process of innovation activities. At the same time, from the external environmental factors, This paper analyzes the factors that affect the cultivation of graduate students' innovation ability and the problems existing in the cultivation of graduate students' innovative ability at present in China from the aspects of internal environmental factors and students' own conditions. The contents covered and the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative ability of graduate students in China at the present stage, In order to solve the problems existing in the cultivation of graduate students' innovation ability by giving full play to the guiding role of the evaluation system, the evaluation index system of innovation ability of graduate students in universities and colleges is constructed, and the objective empowerment is carried out by using entropy method. This paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively evaluate graduate students' innovation ability, and points out the direction that should be improved to achieve the expected evaluation effect. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the cultivation of graduate students' innovation ability in China, the countermeasures are put forward. It provides reference and reference for the development of graduate education in China.
