【摘要】：深刻認識博士生黨建工作,對于我們開展好博士生思想政治工作有著重要的指導意義。本文以多視角問卷調查數(shù)據(jù)為基礎,通過定量與定性分析相結合的方式全面總結評價北京高校博士生黨建工作的運行機制、黨員教育和管理、黨員發(fā)展以及黨支部建設現(xiàn)狀,分析總結工作難點和存在的問題,探索博士生黨建工作的基本規(guī)律,提出進一步加強和改進博士生黨建工作的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance for us to carry out the ideological and political work of doctoral students by deeply understanding the Party building work of doctoral students. This paper is based on the questionnaire survey data from multiple perspectives. Through the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the paper comprehensively summarizes and evaluates the operating mechanism, the education and management of party members, the development of party members and the current situation of party branch building of doctoral students in Beijing's universities, and analyzes and summarizes the difficulties and existing problems in the work. This paper probes into the basic law of the Party building for doctoral students, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for further strengthening and improving the Party building work of doctoral students.
