【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展和創(chuàng)建研究型綜合性大學(xué)的推進(jìn),現(xiàn)有的綜合性大學(xué)農(nóng)科研究生管理存在理念不先進(jìn)、體系不健全、人員不專(zhuān)業(yè)等問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)生是由于現(xiàn)有的管理不適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,不符合研究型綜合性大學(xué)的辦學(xué)目標(biāo),忽視農(nóng)科研究生的群體特殊性等原因產(chǎn)生的�；诖�,在結(jié)合國(guó)情需要、利用綜合性大學(xué)資源平臺(tái)、針對(duì)農(nóng)科研究生群體特殊性和根據(jù)企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,提出具備自主性、動(dòng)態(tài)性、創(chuàng)新性特性的綜合性大學(xué)農(nóng)科研究生動(dòng)態(tài)管理。 綜合性大學(xué)農(nóng)科研究生動(dòng)態(tài)管理就是樹(shù)立“以人為本”的管理理念,積極發(fā)揮專(zhuān)家型管理和研究生會(huì)自主管理作用,通過(guò)研究生管理信息化手段和創(chuàng)建農(nóng)科和諧管理環(huán)境,從而建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和自主性的“兩翼式”管理模式,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)全面性和創(chuàng)新性的新世紀(jì)研究型高層次通才的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern agriculture and the promotion of the establishment of research-oriented comprehensive universities, there are some problems in the management of agricultural graduate students in existing comprehensive universities, such as unadvanced ideas, imperfect system, unprofessional personnel, etc. These problems are caused by the fact that the existing management does not adapt to the rapid development of modern agriculture, does not conform to the objectives of the research comprehensive universities and neglects the particularity of agricultural graduate students, and so on. According to the particularity of agricultural graduate students and the theory of enterprise dynamic management, the dynamic management of agricultural graduate students with autonomy, dynamic and innovative characteristics is put forward by using the comprehensive university resource platform. The dynamic management of agricultural graduate students in comprehensive universities is to set up the management concept of "people-oriented", to give full play to the role of expert management and self-management of graduate students, to establish the harmonious management environment of agricultural science through the means of information management of graduate students and to create a harmonious management environment for agricultural science. Thus, the "two wings" management mode of network and autonomy is established, and the goal of cultivating comprehensive and innovative high-level generalists of research in the new century is finally realized.
