【摘要】：提出我國(guó)50年代初建立的以專業(yè)為核心的"學(xué)�！怠獙I(yè)—教研組"組織架構(gòu),比較適合學(xué)術(shù)型碩士、博士研究生的培養(yǎng)。專業(yè)學(xué)位學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)的跨學(xué)科、開(kāi)放性的特點(diǎn),決定了專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)工作有多個(gè)主體參與培養(yǎng),培養(yǎng)資源由多個(gè)主體分散掌握�，F(xiàn)有以二級(jí)學(xué)科為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建的學(xué)科組織結(jié)構(gòu)不適應(yīng)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的培養(yǎng)。提出應(yīng)通過(guò)組建專業(yè)學(xué)院、建立學(xué)院層面專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的組織主體、搭建獨(dú)立于學(xué)院的專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育平臺(tái)、建立開(kāi)放運(yùn)行機(jī)制等措施,構(gòu)建適應(yīng)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)的組織主體,促進(jìn)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward the organization structure of "School-Department-Special-Teaching and Research Group", which was established at the beginning of 50s, which is more suitable for the cultivation of academic master's degree and doctoral graduate students, and the interdisciplinary and open characteristics of the basic discipline of professional degree. It is decided that there are many subjects involved in the training of professional graduate students. The present discipline organization structure based on the secondary discipline is not suitable for the cultivation of professional graduate students. It is suggested that a professional college should be set up. Setting up the organization subject of professional degree graduate education at the college level, setting up the professional degree graduate education platform independent from the college, setting up the open operation mechanism and so on, constructing the organization subject which adapts to the discipline foundation of the professional degree graduate education. To promote the sustained and healthy development of professional graduate education.
