【摘要】：在實行所有的研究生上學(xué)需繳納學(xué)費的"單軌制"后,各高校都實行了配套的研究生獎學(xué)金制度以幫助研究生更好地完成學(xué)業(yè)。而在圍繞獎學(xué)金的種類、來源、金額、覆蓋面以及評定等方面還有以下問題有待解決:如何增加研究生獎學(xué)金的種類;如何擴大獎學(xué)金的來源從而擴大獎學(xué)金的覆蓋面和獎學(xué)金各獎項的金額;如何保證獎學(xué)金評定過程中的公正和公平。因為這些問題的解決不僅有助于保證這項制度的順利開展,還可以進(jìn)而推動有關(guān)研究生培養(yǎng)制度改革的其他方面工作的開展。
[Abstract]:After the implementation of the "mono-track" system, which requires all graduate students to pay tuition fees, all colleges and universities have implemented a matching postgraduate scholarship system to help graduate students to complete their studies better. But around the types, sources, and amounts of scholarships, The following problems remain to be solved in terms of coverage and evaluation: how to increase the types of scholarships for graduate students; how to expand the sources of scholarships and thus the coverage of scholarships and the amount of awards awarded; How to ensure the fairness and fairness in the course of scholarship evaluation, because the solution of these problems can not only help to ensure the smooth development of the system, but also promote the development of other aspects of the reform of the graduate education system.
