【摘要】：民族傳統(tǒng)體育專業(yè)被國務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會在1997年批準(zhǔn)，列為一級體育學(xué)科下的二級學(xué)科之一。1998年又將武術(shù)制定為民族傳統(tǒng)體育專業(yè)。在這一背景下，全國部分高校自1999年開始陸續(xù)招收民族傳統(tǒng)體育專業(yè)學(xué)生。高校是民族傳統(tǒng)體育專業(yè)人才資源重地，是弘揚(yáng)民族文化、傳承民族傳統(tǒng)體育的重地。發(fā)展至今天，在學(xué)科建設(shè)、專業(yè)建設(shè)上取得較大發(fā)展并逐漸走向成熟�？墒窃谧呦虺墒鞎r，高校人才培養(yǎng)模式所出現(xiàn)的問題，也漸漸展露出來，因此研究、創(chuàng)新我國高校民族傳統(tǒng)體育專業(yè)碩士研究生人才培養(yǎng)模式成了本文研究的任務(wù)。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查法、邏輯方法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計等研究方法，調(diào)查當(dāng)前我國高等院校民族傳統(tǒng)體育(研究生)專業(yè)的辦學(xué)現(xiàn)狀，剖析了民族傳統(tǒng)體育碩士研究生人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、專業(yè)方向設(shè)置、課程設(shè)置、就業(yè)以及社會對民族傳統(tǒng)體育人才的需求等情況，分析了主要存在的問題及原因。并在此基礎(chǔ)上，，結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式的基本理論，提出了新型人才培養(yǎng)模的構(gòu)建，以培養(yǎng)出符合社會發(fā)展需求的人才。
[Abstract]:National traditional physical education was approved by the academic degree Committee of the State Council in 1997 and listed as one of the second-class subjects under the first-level physical education. In 1998, martial arts was established as the national traditional physical education. In this context, Since 1999, some colleges and universities throughout the country have been recruiting students of traditional national sports. Colleges and universities are important places for the talent resources of national traditional sports, for carrying forward national culture and for inheriting traditional national sports. Major construction has made great progress and gradually matured. However, in the process of maturing, the problems of talent training mode in colleges and universities are also gradually emerging, so the research, It is the task of this paper to innovate the mode of cultivation of postgraduates majoring in traditional national sports in colleges and universities of our country. In this paper, the author investigates the current situation of national traditional sports (graduate students) major in colleges and universities in our country by using the methods of literature, investigation, logic, mathematical statistics and other research methods. This paper analyzes on the training goal, professional orientation, curriculum setting, employment and the demand of the society for the national traditional sports graduate students, analyzes the main problems and reasons, and on the basis of this, analyzes the main problems and reasons. Based on the basic theory of talent training model, the paper puts forward the construction of new talent training model in order to cultivate talents who meet the needs of social development.
