【摘要】：分析了我國(guó)博士生招生和博士學(xué)位授予的規(guī)模及學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu),介紹了博士學(xué)位獲得者的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和博士生導(dǎo)師的規(guī)模及結(jié)構(gòu),指出我國(guó)博士生教育的相對(duì)規(guī)模已經(jīng)比較大;博士畢業(yè)生就業(yè)逐步多元化,且不同學(xué)科之間存在明顯差異;博士生導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍呈現(xiàn)出明顯的年輕化趨勢(shì),但由于其數(shù)量的增加滯后于博士生招生規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,生師比出現(xiàn)了明顯的增長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the scale and discipline structure of doctoral enrollment and doctoral degree award in China, introduces the employment structure of doctoral degree winners and the scale and structure of doctoral tutor, and points out that the relative scale of doctoral education in China is already relatively large. The employment of doctoral graduates is gradually diversified, and there are obvious differences between different disciplines, and the team of doctoral tutors shows an obvious trend of rejuvenation, but the increase in the number of doctoral graduates lags behind the expansion of the enrollment scale of doctoral students. There has been a marked increase in the ratio of students to teachers.
