【摘要】：對(duì)近年來西方學(xué)者博士生教育研究的主題進(jìn)行了研究,將其歸納為博士生教育的規(guī)模與結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)術(shù)指導(dǎo)與師生關(guān)系、流失率、完成率與修業(yè)年限、博士生教育的質(zhì)量評(píng)估、博士畢業(yè)生的職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展和專業(yè)博士教育六個(gè)方面,指出這些研究可分為定量研究、定性研究、定性研究與定量研究相結(jié)合三種取向,大部分研究仍然是純經(jīng)驗(yàn)性的,純理論維度和歷史維度的研究比較缺乏。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a research on the subjects of doctoral education research among western scholars in recent years, and concludes them as the scale and structure of doctoral education, the relationship between academic guidance and teachers and students, the wastage rate, the completion rate and the years of study. It is pointed out that these studies can be divided into quantitative research and qualitative research, including the quality assessment of doctoral education, the career development of doctoral graduates and the professional doctoral education. With the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research, most of the studies are still purely empirical, and the study of pure theoretical dimension and historical dimension is scarce.
