思想政治教育視野下研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】: 如今,高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題成了社會(huì)的一大熱點(diǎn),包括研究生在內(nèi)的大學(xué)生,被用人單位稱為“眼高手低”、“會(huì)說(shuō)不會(huì)做”、“工作要少、待遇要好”的新生代,“畢業(yè)等于失業(yè)”,社會(huì)上也因此出現(xiàn)“啃老族”現(xiàn)象。 當(dāng)然,現(xiàn)在高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難的原因不一而足,然而缺乏社會(huì)實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷卻是他們尋找工作的普遍障礙!凹埳系脕(lái)終覺(jué)淺,絕知此事要躬行”,社會(huì)實(shí)踐對(duì)于以學(xué)習(xí)理論知識(shí)為主的在校學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),其重要作用越來(lái)越凸現(xiàn)。尤其是在社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展越來(lái)越完備的前提下,研究生作為我國(guó)高層次人才,肩負(fù)著國(guó)家現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重任,他們能否通過(guò)各種渠道積極參加社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),在實(shí)踐中發(fā)現(xiàn)自身的缺陷、增長(zhǎng)知識(shí)才干、服務(wù)貢獻(xiàn)社會(huì)是值得關(guān)注和重視的問(wèn)題。對(duì)于正確認(rèn)識(shí)研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),積極引導(dǎo),充分發(fā)揮社會(huì)實(shí)踐的思想政治教育功能具有深刻的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 在了解中國(guó)研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐概況的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐的內(nèi)容和方式進(jìn)行了概括和總結(jié),從思想政治教育視野考量研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),對(duì)研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐存在的問(wèn)題和之所以存在這些問(wèn)題的原因進(jìn)行了分析。通過(guò)掌握研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐的資料,對(duì)如何完善研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐的運(yùn)行機(jī)制提出了構(gòu)建框架。本論文的結(jié)構(gòu)如下: 第一章主要明確了研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐的相關(guān)定義,闡述了研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐的特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展歷史、理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)要求,介紹了研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐的內(nèi)容和形式,對(duì)研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐作了概括。 第二章從思想政治教育角度審視研究生的社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),列舉了研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐的思想教育功能:有利于專業(yè)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)、健全人格的形成、團(tuán)隊(duì)精神的培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)創(chuàng)新的提高和就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)的推進(jìn)。 文章的重點(diǎn)是第三章和第四章,第三章的重點(diǎn)是從高校、社會(huì)家庭背景和研究生自身方面尋找研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)問(wèn)題存在的原因做出詳細(xì)的分析。 最后一章是對(duì)策建議部分。綜觀全局,作者試圖找到解決問(wèn)題的方案:從以人為本,發(fā)掘研究生自身的主體意識(shí)到發(fā)揮導(dǎo)師的重要作用,再到從高校著手,采取一系列的措施完善研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐機(jī)制,保障研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐的順利進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:Today, the employment problem of college graduates has become a hot topic of society, including postgraduate students, the employer was known as the "business", "say it will not do", "to work less, the new generation of better treatment", "graduation equals unemployment", the society therefore also appear "neet clan" phenomenon.
Of course, this is not the only one now causes the difficult employment of college graduates, but the lack of a common obstacle to social practice is looking for a job. "The paper come Zhongjue shallow, no matter known to practice", the social practice for the students learning theory knowledge, its role is more obvious especially in the premise. The development of the socialist market economy more and more complete, graduate students as high level talents in China, shouldering the task of modernization construction, they can actively participate in social activities through various channels to find defects in practice, increase their knowledge and ability, contributing to society is worthy of attention and attention to the correct understanding. Postgraduate social practice activities, and actively guide the social practice, give full play to the function of Ideological and political education has a profound theoretical and practical significance.
Based on understanding the China postgraduate social practice situation on the contents and methods of the research on students' social practice are summarized. From the perspective of Ideological and political education to consider postgraduate social practice, reasons of postgraduate social practice problems and the existence of these problems are analyzed. Through the master graduate student society the practice of information on how to improve the operation mechanism of students' social practice to construct a framework. This paper is organized as follows:
The first chapter mainly defines the definition of postgraduate social practice, expounds the characteristics, development history, theoretical basis and practical requirements of postgraduate social practice, introduces the contents and forms of postgraduate social practice, and summarizes the social practice of postgraduates.
The second chapter examines the social practice activities of postgraduates from the perspective of Ideological and political education. It lists the ideological and educational functions of Postgraduates' social practice: the learning of professional knowledge, the formation of healthy personality, the cultivation of team spirit, the improvement of scientific innovation and the promotion of employment and entrepreneurship.
The focus of the article is the third chapter and the fourth chapter. The third chapter focuses on finding the problems of postgraduate social practice from the perspectives of universities, social families, and postgraduates themselves, and makes a detailed analysis of the causes of the problems.
The last chapter is the suggestion part. On the whole, the author tries to find a solution to the problem: from the people-oriented, to explore their own graduate subject consciousness to play an important role to the teacher, from the university to take a series of measures to improve the postgraduate social practice mechanism, guarantee the postgraduate social practice smoothly.
