【摘要】：2005年國務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會(huì)在學(xué)位[2005]8號(hào)文件中對(duì)體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)做出了明確規(guī)定，即“高層次、應(yīng)用型體育專門人才”。但是體育專業(yè)學(xué)位起步晚，是一個(gè)新興的專業(yè)，在目前的培養(yǎng)過程中缺乏應(yīng)有的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，存在著很多不足，一般情況都屬于辦學(xué)條件的不同，師資條件的差異，致使體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位的培養(yǎng)過程照搬學(xué)術(shù)型體育碩士培養(yǎng)模式及管理過程，從而未能把握好應(yīng)用型研究生的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和方向，使得現(xiàn)行的體育碩士研究生培養(yǎng)與社會(huì)的需求脫節(jié)。 本文以文獻(xiàn)資料法、走訪調(diào)查法等科研方法為主，從社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期社會(huì)對(duì)體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位的需求情況，經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展使得人們?nèi)找嬖鲩L(zhǎng)的物質(zhì)文化需要等方面出發(fā)，，反思我國研究生教育的培養(yǎng)模式、學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)、專業(yè)設(shè)置等方面與社會(huì)需求的差異。旨在為體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的培養(yǎng)提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council in 2005 from [2005]8 document to the sports professional degree graduate training target made clear, namely "high level talents" application oriented sports. But the sports professional degree started late, is an emerging professional, lack of experience in the process of the current culture, there are many problems, generally belong to different running conditions, different conditions of teachers, the training process in sports professional master degree and copy the mode of management process of academic sports master, which failed to grasp the training objectives and direction of graduate application type, which makes the research of sports master the current demand of the society culture.
In this paper, the method of literature, mainly investigation and other research methods, the transformation of sports professional master degree from the social demand period of social and economic development makes people's growing material and cultural needs and other aspects, reflect on our graduate education training mode, academic structure, professional setting and other aspects of social difference demand. In order to provide references for the cultivation of sports master's degree graduate students.
