【摘要】:隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),我國(guó)的高等教育體制改革也在不斷的深入,高等教育經(jīng)歷了由“精英教育”向“大眾化教育”階段的轉(zhuǎn)變,一些由?茖W(xué)校通過(guò)重組、合并而成的新建地方本科院校隨之大批出現(xiàn)。這些新建地方本科院校作為我國(guó)高等教育的重要組成部分,如何形成自身的優(yōu)勢(shì),樹立怎樣的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí),以積蓄力量提升自己的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中求得生存和發(fā)展,是每一所新建地方本科院校所必須面對(duì)的問(wèn)題。 通常對(duì)于核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究多是以企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)高校尤其是新建地方本科院校涉及較少,本文試圖將核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論引入到新建地方本科院校,運(yùn)用已經(jīng)基本發(fā)展成熟的企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的理論與思路、理念與方法,全面系統(tǒng)地對(duì)新建地方本科院校的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行一系列的分析和研究。筆者希望通過(guò)本論文去探索,作為此類院校的管理者,應(yīng)如何正確理解核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的概念,如何將核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論積極地應(yīng)用于院校的發(fā)展,以及如何培育和提升此類院校的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。與此同時(shí),本研究旨在為新建地方本科院校在面對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)難題時(shí)突破“瓶頸”制約;,為解決此類院校在實(shí)踐中存在的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力總體水平不高、內(nèi)部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)動(dòng)力不足的問(wèn)題提供理論支持,謀求理想的發(fā)展途徑,亦為教育行政部門提升地新建地方本科院校競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提供戰(zhàn)略對(duì)策。 本文共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分論述了本研究的研究背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和研究方法;第二部分首先界定了核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基本內(nèi)涵及特征,在此基礎(chǔ)上論述了高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基本內(nèi)涵、構(gòu)成要素以及功能和作用;第三部分從我國(guó)新建地方本科院校的特殊性、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境以及形成核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的需求與可行性的方面,對(duì)此類院校的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)背景進(jìn)行深入分析;第四部分是對(duì)新建地方本科院校的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行詳盡分析,涵蓋新建地方本科院校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的內(nèi)涵、構(gòu)成要素、特征、形成機(jī)理以及打造此類院校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的原則問(wèn)題;第五部分則是在以上分析的基礎(chǔ)上,論述新建地方本科院校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的構(gòu)建和提升策略,以及評(píng)價(jià)此類院校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的指標(biāo)體系。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the reform of higher education system in our country has been deepening constantly. Higher education has experienced the transition from "elite education" to "popular education". A large number of newly established local colleges and universities have emerged through reorganization and amalgamation. As an important part of China's higher education, these newly-built local colleges and universities have formed their own advantages. It is a problem that every newly-built local university must face how to set up the sense of competition, to improve its core competence with the strength of its savings, and to survive and develop in the fierce competitive environment. Usually, the research on core competence is mainly on enterprises, but less on colleges and universities, especially on newly built local universities. This paper attempts to introduce the core competence theory into new local undergraduate colleges. The application of the basic mature enterprise core competitiveness of the theory and ideas, ideas and methods. Comprehensive and systematic analysis and research on the core competitiveness of newly established local colleges and universities. The author hopes to explore through this paper, as a manager of such colleges. How to correctly understand the concept of core competence, how to apply the core competence theory to the development of colleges and universities, and how to cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness of such institutions. The purpose of this study is to break through the "bottleneck" restriction in the face of competition problems in newly-built local undergraduate colleges. In order to solve this kind of colleges in practice the overall level of competitiveness is not high, lack of internal competitive power to provide theoretical support, to seek an ideal way of development. It also provides strategic countermeasures for the educational administration to improve the competitiveness of newly-built local colleges and universities. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part discusses the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research status and research methods; The second part firstly defines the basic connotation and characteristics of the core competitiveness, on the basis of which discusses the basic connotation, components, functions and functions of the core competitiveness of colleges and universities. The third part analyzes the competitive background of the new local undergraduate colleges in China from the aspects of particularity, competitive environment and the demand and feasibility of forming the core competence. Part 4th is a detailed analysis of the core competitiveness of newly established local colleges and universities, covering the connotation, elements and characteristics of the core competitiveness of newly established local colleges and universities. The forming mechanism and the principle of building the core competence of such colleges; On the basis of the above analysis, the 5th part discusses the construction and promotion strategy of the core competence of the newly-built local colleges and universities, and the index system of evaluating the core competitiveness of these colleges and universities.
