【摘要】: 當今社會科學技術快速發(fā)展,以知識為主導、以高新科技產(chǎn)業(yè)為基礎和支持的知識經(jīng)濟正在震撼著全球,知識成為決定一個國家是否具有競爭力的決定性因素,而知識的競爭歸根到底是人才的較量,即掌握高新科技的人才,他們成為各個企業(yè)乃至各個國家爭奪的對象。隨著計算機、電子通信以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等高新技術的迅速發(fā)展,許多以信息服務為主的高新科技企業(yè)應運而生。這些企業(yè)是先進生產(chǎn)力的代表,具有運用、整合、傳送和創(chuàng)造知識的功能,其中是否具有創(chuàng)新能力是決定高新科技企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的關鍵性因素,而高新科技企業(yè)中的知識型人才則是其中的核心元素。 目前我國高新科技企業(yè)中的研發(fā)人員學歷很高但研發(fā)效率低,流動性大,企業(yè)科技管理水平不高,如何建立健全一個能夠有效吸引、留住、培養(yǎng)和激勵人才的管理體系,是目前很多高新科技企業(yè)管理層重視的問題。管理的核心是對人才的管理,而對人才管理的關鍵是規(guī)劃好其今后的職業(yè)發(fā)展,最大化地激發(fā)出他們的積極性和創(chuàng)造性,讓其實現(xiàn)自身價值的同時也為企業(yè)帶來最大的效益,增強企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力,提高企業(yè)的核心競爭能力,從而提高我國整體的科技競爭能力。 本文主要從以下幾個方面研究高新科技企業(yè)畢業(yè)研究生的職業(yè)發(fā)展問題:(1)闡述了員工職業(yè)發(fā)展的三個重要的基礎理論:職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展階段理論、職業(yè)選擇理論和職業(yè)錨理論。(2)分析了我國目前高新科技企業(yè)中人才的結構,以及其中研究生員工的特點,并在此基礎上分析了我國高新科技企業(yè)中畢業(yè)研究生職業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題。(3)分析了高新科技企業(yè)中畢業(yè)研究生職業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素及其存在問題的原因,提出六種影響其職業(yè)發(fā)展的能力因素,并對這些因素對職業(yè)發(fā)展的影響關系做了定量分析。(4)根據(jù)研究結果提出相關建議。 本論文根據(jù)員工職業(yè)發(fā)展的相關理論,針對高新科技企業(yè)畢業(yè)研究生的特點和其職業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了影響其職業(yè)發(fā)展的各種因素和造成職業(yè)發(fā)展問題的原因,提出完善高新科技企業(yè)畢業(yè)研究生職業(yè)發(fā)展的對策,使得研究生在實現(xiàn)自我價值的同時又能增強高新科技企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力,有利于實現(xiàn)個人與企業(yè)共同發(fā)展的雙贏局面。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of science and technology in today's society, dominated by knowledge, in high-tech industry as the foundation of knowledge economy and the support being shaken the world, knowledge has become the decisive factor in the competitiveness of a country, and the knowledge competition is the talent is after all, that is the master of high-tech talent, they become the enterprises even each state for the object. With the rapid development of electronic computer, communication and Internet technology, many information service based high-tech enterprises have emerged. These enterprises are representative of advanced productive forces is used, and the creation of knowledge integration, transfer function, which is the innovation ability is the key factor in the decision of high technology the survival and development of enterprises, and knowledge type talents in the high tech enterprises is the core element.
At present, China's high-tech enterprises in the R & D personnel degree is very high but the development of low efficiency, high mobility, enterprise technology management level is not high, how to establish an effective to attract, retain, develop and motivate the personnel management system, is currently a lot of high-tech enterprise management is the core of management problem. The management of talents, and the key to talent management is to plan the future development of occupation, maximize stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity, to achieve its own value but also bring the greatest benefits for the enterprise, enhance the innovation ability of the enterprise, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, so as to improve the competition of science and technology the overall capacity of our country.
Occupation development this paper from the following aspects of high-tech enterprises for graduate students: (1) describes three important basic theory of employee occupation development: the theory of career development stage of occupation, occupation choice theory and occupation anchor theory. (2) analysis of China's current talent in the high tech enterprises structure. And the graduate staff characteristics, and on the basis of the analysis of the status quo of China's graduate students in the high tech enterprises occupation development and problems. (3) the reason analyzes the influencing factors of graduate students in the high tech enterprises occupation development and existing problems, puts forward six kinds of factors affecting the development of occupation ability the relationship between these factors and the impact on the occupation development to do a quantitative analysis. (4) put forward relevant suggestions according to the research results.
According to the theory of employee occupation development, the high-tech enterprises of graduate students and the characteristics of occupation development status, analysis of various factors affecting the development of the cause of occupation and occupation development problems, put forward countermeasures to improve the graduate occupation development of high-tech enterprises, the graduate students in the realization of self value at the same time it can enhance the high-tech enterprise innovation ability, is conducive to the realization of individual and enterprise common development of win-win situation.
