【摘要】：幼兒教師是幼兒園發(fā)展的主要力量,加強(qiáng)幼兒園教師的繼續(xù)教育尤為重要。但目前,村級(jí)民辦幼兒園還存在繼續(xù)教育意識(shí)有待增強(qiáng),園本培訓(xùn)匱乏,外出進(jìn)修機(jī)會(huì)少,鄉(xiāng)(鎮(zhèn))中心幼兒園的示范作用不強(qiáng),部門(mén)監(jiān)管存在漏洞等問(wèn)題。為解決這些問(wèn)題,可以采取以下途徑:追根溯源,對(duì)村級(jí)民辦園進(jìn)行整改;加強(qiáng)教學(xué)整治,刺激村級(jí)民辦園教師主動(dòng)進(jìn)修學(xué)習(xí);多級(jí)結(jié)合,為村級(jí)民辦園教師提供培訓(xùn)支持;利用各種媒介,有效落實(shí)培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Kindergarten teachers are the main force of kindergarten development, and it is particularly important to strengthen the continuing education of kindergarten teachers. However, at present, there are still some problems in village-level private kindergartens, such as the awareness of continuing education needs to be strengthened, the lack of garden-based training, the lack of opportunities to go out for further study, the weak demonstration role of township (town) central kindergartens, and the loopholes in departmental supervision. In order to solve these problems, the following ways can be taken: tracing back to the source, rectifying and reforming the village-level private park; strengthening the teaching renovation to stimulate the village-level private park teachers to study actively; multi-level combination to provide training support for the village-level private park teachers; using various media to effectively implement the training content.
