【摘要】：當(dāng)前農(nóng)村學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子存在管理誤區(qū):安于現(xiàn)狀即有效管理;個(gè)別培養(yǎng)即有效教學(xué);照搬照抄即有效落實(shí)……這些誤區(qū)急需加以關(guān)注,以便找到更為合適和恰當(dāng)?shù)墓芾矸椒?實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)農(nóng)村學(xué)校的有效管理:與自身,博采眾長(zhǎng)、虛心完善;與教師,團(tuán)結(jié)民主,提升能力;與學(xué)生,因材施教,德才兼顧;與規(guī)制,結(jié)合本土、剛?cè)岵?jì)。只有這樣,才能更好地開(kāi)展農(nóng)村學(xué)校的教育改革。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some misunderstandings in the management of the leading group of rural schools: to be satisfied with the present situation is to manage effectively; to train individually is to teach effectively; to copy and to carry out effectively. In order to find more appropriate and appropriate management methods to realize the effective management of rural schools, these misunderstandings need to be paid close attention to. With students, teaching according to their aptitude, virtue and talent; and regulation, combined with local, rigid and soft. Only in this way, can we better carry out the education reform of rural schools.
