【摘要】：正"共同體"是薩喬萬尼教育管理思想體系中一個非常重要的概念。他認(rèn)為,把學(xué)校當(dāng)做一般的社會組織來看待,在學(xué)校管理實(shí)踐中套用企業(yè)管理理論和方法,是最終導(dǎo)致管理失敗的一個根本原因。在他看來,學(xué)校是一個"共同體",唯有堅(jiān)持這樣的觀點(diǎn),才能實(shí)施符合學(xué)校特點(diǎn)的管理。"共同體"就好比有多種不同顏色和形狀的"馬賽克"。它們通過一個共同的骨架和膠水組合在一起,對其自身的獨(dú)特性和所共享的架構(gòu)擁有堅(jiān)定的承諾。它要求
