【摘要】：正近年來,隨著我國高等教育事業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,學(xué)校的教學(xué)管理隊伍發(fā)生了很大的變化。一批具有豐富教學(xué)實踐經(jīng)驗,并在教書育人方面卓有成效的優(yōu)秀教師被選拔到教學(xué)管理部門的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位上來,同時,一大批研究生、本科生等新生力量也相繼充實到各校教學(xué)管理部門中。這兩部分人員的加入,不僅壯大了高校教學(xué)管理部門的力量,更重要的是,增強了各校教學(xué)管理部門的生機和活力,對改善高校教學(xué)管理部門的結(jié)構(gòu)、提高教學(xué)管理干部隊伍的群體素質(zhì)、增強其發(fā)展
