【摘要】：俄羅斯大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)聯(lián)盟作為政府支持的非官方的教育組織,組建于蘇聯(lián)解體后俄羅斯作為獨(dú)立國(guó)家的初期,其功能是積極參與俄羅斯的高等教育管理,在教育政策和法律的制定、高等教育穩(wěn)定和均衡發(fā)展方面起著舉足輕重的作用。本文通過(guò)對(duì)其發(fā)展和在不同時(shí)期所發(fā)揮的重要作用進(jìn)行梳理,揭示在國(guó)家統(tǒng)一管理高等教育的模式中,特別是在社會(huì)發(fā)生重大變革的時(shí)期像大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)聯(lián)盟這樣的社會(huì)組織的重要性。
[Abstract]:Russian University Presidents alliance as the government supported the unofficial education organization, established in the early post Soviet Russia as independent countries, actively participate in the management of higher education in Russia is its function in the development of education policy and law, plays an important role in higher education and balanced development. In this paper, by analyzing the the important role played by the development and in different period, revealed in the management of national unity of higher education mode, especially the importance of change in society during the period of social organizations such as union university president.
