【摘要】：校規(guī)的管理價(jià)值既有剛性的工具價(jià)值,又有彈性的人文價(jià)值,但在現(xiàn)實(shí)的校規(guī)管理執(zhí)行中,校規(guī)的剛性執(zhí)行和人文訴求相悖的情況時(shí)有發(fā)生。分析校規(guī)工具價(jià)值和人文價(jià)值背后的管理邏輯發(fā)現(xiàn),校規(guī)的價(jià)值認(rèn)識(shí)沖突是管制邏輯與道德邏輯的沖突。校規(guī)的工具價(jià)值是以人文價(jià)值的體現(xiàn)為最終目的的,而人文價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)是以工具價(jià)值的執(zhí)行為保障和基礎(chǔ)的。學(xué)校在利用校規(guī)進(jìn)行學(xué)生管理時(shí),可以從以下三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行校規(guī)的調(diào)整和實(shí)施:一是校規(guī)的制訂變工具性的約束為人文性的協(xié)商;二是校規(guī)的執(zhí)行以工具性的"剛性處罰"為手段、人文性的"合理引導(dǎo)"為目的;三是校規(guī)的管理模式變工具性的"他律型"為人文性的"自律型"。
[Abstract]:The management value of school regulations is not only rigid tool value, but also flexible humanistic value, but in the actual school regulations management implementation. The rigid enforcement of school regulations and the contradiction of humanistic demands occur from time to time. The paper analyzes the management logic behind the tool value and humanistic value of school rules. The conflict of value cognition of school rules is the conflict between the logic of regulation and the logic of morality, and the tool value of school rules is based on the embodiment of humanistic value. The realization of humanistic value is based on the implementation of tool value. We can adjust and implement the school rules from the following three aspects: first, the establishment of the school rules to change the instrumental constraints into the negotiation of humanity; Second, the enforcement of school regulations is aimed at the instrumental "rigid punishment" and the humanistic "reasonable guidance"; Third, the management mode of school regulations is changed from instrumental "heteronomy" to "self-discipline".
