青少年情緒—行為問(wèn)題、家庭功能、認(rèn)知性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略及其關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:青少年的情緒-行為問(wèn)題受到多方因素的綜合影響作用,其中家庭功能是重要的外在因素之一,認(rèn)知性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略是重要的內(nèi)在因素之一。在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,本研究采用質(zhì)化研究和量化研究相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)青少年情緒-行為問(wèn)題、家庭功能特點(diǎn)、認(rèn)知性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略特點(diǎn)及三者的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了考察。 整篇論文共包含三大部分。第一部分包括第一到第三章,是本研究的理論基礎(chǔ)部分。第二部分包括第四到第八章,是對(duì)研究具體實(shí)施過(guò)程以及研究結(jié)果的呈現(xiàn),是本研究的主體部分。第三部分包括第九和第十章,是整個(gè)研究的結(jié)論部分。 整個(gè)研究共分為五個(gè)分研究,具體的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究結(jié)果如下: 1、對(duì)山東地區(qū)2500名青少年進(jìn)行調(diào)查,了解當(dāng)前青少年情緒-行為問(wèn)題的發(fā)生率和分布狀況。結(jié)果顯示,在本研究樣本中,情緒-行為問(wèn)題青少年的總體檢出率為11.51%;情緒-行為問(wèn)題青少年在不同條件下的分布差異顯著。年齡維度上,分布率在青少年中期高于青少年初期;父母關(guān)系維度上,在父母關(guān)系不良家庭中高于父母關(guān)系良好家庭;學(xué)校類型維度上,在公立學(xué)校中高于私立學(xué)校;就讀方式維度上,在住校生群體中高于走讀生群體。 2、采用問(wèn)卷法對(duì)青少年家庭功能特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行考察。結(jié)果顯示,情緒-行為問(wèn)題青少年的家庭功能狀況明顯差于普通青少年;家庭功能中的情感卷入、情感反應(yīng)、溝通、角色分工、問(wèn)題解決因子對(duì)青少年各個(gè)情緒-行為問(wèn)題因子有不同程度的預(yù)測(cè)作用。情緒-行為問(wèn)題青少年家庭功能狀況存在性別、年齡組、父母關(guān)系狀況、居住地和就讀方式類型上的差異。 3、對(duì)情緒-行為問(wèn)題青少年的家庭功能特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行深度訪談。結(jié)果顯示,情緒-行為問(wèn)題青少年家庭功能狀況不良,主要表現(xiàn)在愛(ài)的情感不表達(dá)、負(fù)性情緒不分享、溝通不順暢、家庭氛圍不和諧、家庭支持不充足;通過(guò)進(jìn)一步分析發(fā)現(xiàn),青少年的學(xué)習(xí)和未來(lái)發(fā)展是家庭中溝通不順暢的核心主題之一;家庭對(duì)不同時(shí)期變化的不適應(yīng)是導(dǎo)致家庭功能不良的主要原因之一。 4、對(duì)青少年的認(rèn)知性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),情緒-行為問(wèn)題青少年在面對(duì)負(fù)性生活事件的時(shí)候更傾向于采用消極認(rèn)知性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略;認(rèn)知性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略中的災(zāi)難化、積極重新評(píng)估、沉思、責(zé)怪他人和理性分析因子對(duì)青少年的情緒-行為問(wèn)題有預(yù)測(cè)作用。 5、對(duì)家庭功能、認(rèn)知性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略與青少年情緒-行為問(wèn)題三者之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行考察,并建立關(guān)系模型。結(jié)果顯示,家庭功能中的情感反應(yīng)和情感卷入因子對(duì)男性青少年的情緒-行為問(wèn)題有直接作用;溝通和行為控制因子通過(guò)積極調(diào)節(jié)策略對(duì)男性青少年的情緒-行為問(wèn)題發(fā)生間接作用;溝通、情感反應(yīng)和情感卷入因子通過(guò)消極調(diào)節(jié)策略對(duì)男性青少年的情緒-行為問(wèn)題發(fā)生間接作用;家庭功能中的角色分工因子對(duì)女性青少年的情緒-行為問(wèn)題有直接影響作用;角色分工、行為控制和溝通因子通過(guò)消極調(diào)節(jié)策略對(duì)女性青少年的情緒-行為問(wèn)題發(fā)生間接作用。 總之,研究結(jié)果基本驗(yàn)證了本研究的理論假設(shè),達(dá)到了研究的預(yù)期目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The emotional-behavior problem of the young people is influenced by many factors, and the family function is one of the most important factors, and the cognitive emotion regulation strategy is one of the important internal factors.
