【摘要】：教師職業(yè)道德評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,是教師職業(yè)道德形成與發(fā)展的重要外部保障機(jī)制,是加強(qiáng)教師職業(yè)道德建設(shè)的重要途徑。建構(gòu)科學(xué)的教師職業(yè)道德評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制應(yīng)樹立發(fā)展性的教師職業(yè)道德評(píng)價(jià)觀;應(yīng)確立教師職業(yè)道德評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的個(gè)性化機(jī)制;建立自我評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制;建立反饋與激勵(lì)機(jī)制,從而全面均衡地發(fā)揮教師職業(yè)道德評(píng)價(jià)的功能。
[Abstract]:The evaluation mechanism of teachers' professional ethics is an important external guarantee mechanism for the formation and development of teachers' professional ethics and an important way to strengthen the construction of teachers' professional ethics. To construct a scientific evaluation mechanism of teachers' professional ethics, we should set up a developmental view of teachers' professional ethics evaluation, establish a personalized mechanism of teachers' professional ethics evaluation standard, establish a self-evaluation mechanism. Establish feedback and incentive mechanism, so as to give full play to the function of teachers' professional ethics evaluation.
