荷蘭培養(yǎng)城市開發(fā)者的教育方法

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)、人口、氣候和科技的根本改變給城市開發(fā)者帶來了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。城市開發(fā)者需要預(yù)計(jì)城市開發(fā)過程中形形色色的變化以及日益增長的不確定性,同時也要平衡社會各種不同的力量。為了使城市管理者和開發(fā)者獲得最新的與實(shí)踐緊密結(jié)合的知識以勝任他們的工作,荷蘭的大學(xué)必須創(chuàng)新地設(shè)計(jì)與時俱進(jìn)的教學(xué)大綱。在本文中,我們將介紹一種在荷蘭培養(yǎng)城市管理者和開發(fā)者的教學(xué)體制,并以荷蘭代爾夫特理工大學(xué)為例來解釋荷蘭教學(xué)大綱的設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思。我們將介紹兩個不同但相互聯(lián)系的教學(xué)計(jì)劃:本科—碩士教育和在職碩士后教育。最后,我們總結(jié)這種教學(xué)構(gòu)思的特色,以及對中國城市開發(fā)者教育的啟示。
[Abstract]:Fundamental changes in the economy, population, climate and technology pose enormous challenges to urban developers. Urban developers need to anticipate the variety of changes and increasing uncertainty in the process of urban development, and at the same time balance the various forces of society. In order for city managers and developers to acquire the latest knowledge closely combined with practice to qualify for their work, Dutch universities must innovate in designing curricula that keep pace with the times. In this paper, we will introduce a teaching system to train urban administrators and developers in the Netherlands, and take Delft Polytechnic University of the Netherlands as an example to explain the design idea of the curriculum in the Netherlands. We will introduce two different but interrelated teaching programs: undergraduate-master education and post-graduate education. Finally, we summarize the characteristics of this teaching concept, as well as the enlightenment to Chinese urban developer education.
