大學(xué)生歸因方式、社會支持與心理健康的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生正處于學(xué)習(xí)知識、了解社會、探索人生的重要發(fā)展時(shí)期,絕大多數(shù)大學(xué)生的心理危機(jī)與缺乏良好的人際關(guān)系有關(guān)。所以處于激烈競爭壓力下的大學(xué)生不僅要以積極的心態(tài)對待學(xué)習(xí)、生活,更要在人際交往中形成良好的人際關(guān)系。人際歸因與社會支持對大學(xué)生的心理健康有重要的影響。因此,研究大學(xué)生人際歸因、社會支持與心理健康的關(guān)系,可為大學(xué)生心理健康的研究提供理論依據(jù),對增進(jìn)大學(xué)生的心理健康有著重要的意義。 本研究在廣泛的文獻(xiàn)研究基礎(chǔ)上,采用了適合大學(xué)生的多維度多歸因因果量表、社會支持量表、SCL-90對大學(xué)生的心理健康進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,運(yùn)用SPSS17.0和LISREL8.70軟件,對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn),相關(guān)分析和中介效應(yīng)檢驗(yàn),探討了大學(xué)生人際歸因、社會支持與心理健康的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果如下: (1)大學(xué)生人際歸因中的失敗能力、失敗運(yùn)氣、失敗內(nèi)控這三個(gè)維度在性別上存在顯著差異,男生得分顯著高于女生;大學(xué)生人際歸因在成功能力維度上文、理科差異顯著,且文科生得分顯著低于理科生。 (2)大學(xué)生人際歸因中的成功運(yùn)氣維度在是否獨(dú)生子女上差異顯著,且獨(dú)生子女得分顯著低于非獨(dú)生子女。 (3)大學(xué)生在社會支持的客觀支持維度上城市與農(nóng)村之間存在顯著差異,且來自于城市的大學(xué)生得分顯著高于來自農(nóng)村的大學(xué)生;在社會支持總分、主觀支持、支持的利用度三個(gè)維度上城鄉(xiāng)差異不顯著。 (4)大學(xué)生在社會支持的主觀支持維度上獨(dú)生子女與非獨(dú)生子女之間存在顯著差異,且獨(dú)生子女的大學(xué)生得分顯著低于非獨(dú)生子女的大學(xué)生;在社會支持總分、客觀支持、支持的利用度三個(gè)維度上是否獨(dú)生子女不存在顯著差異。 (5)對大學(xué)生歸因方式的人際歸因的研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),人際歸因中的成功努力、成功運(yùn)氣、成功內(nèi)控、失敗背景、失敗外控對心理健康均有顯著預(yù)測作用。 (6)社會支持在大學(xué)生人際歸因中的成功努力、成功運(yùn)氣、成功內(nèi)控、失敗背景、失敗外控五個(gè)維度對心理健康的影響中存在中介效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:College students are in the period of learning knowledge, understanding society and exploring the important development of life. The psychological crisis of most college students is related to the lack of good interpersonal relationship. Therefore, under the pressure of fierce competition, college students should not only take a positive attitude towards learning, life, but also form good interpersonal relations in interpersonal communication. Interpersonal attribution and social support play an important role in college students' mental health. Therefore, the study of the relationship between interpersonal attribution, social support and mental health of college students can provide theoretical basis for the study of college students' mental health, and has important significance for improving the mental health of college students. On the basis of extensive literature research, this study adopts a multi-dimensional multiple attribution causality scale for college students, and a social support scale (SCL-90) to investigate the mental health of college students. SPSS17.0 and LISREL8.70 software are used to investigate the mental health of college students. Descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample T test, correlation analysis and intermediary effect test were carried out to explore the relationship between interpersonal attribution, social support and mental health of college students. The results are as follows: (1) there are significant differences in the three dimensions of failure ability, failure luck and failure internal control in interpersonal attribution of college students, and the scores of boys are significantly higher than those of girls; The interpersonal attribution of college students in the dimension of success ability above, there is a significant difference in science, and the score of arts students is significantly lower than that of science students. (2) the success luck dimension in interpersonal attribution of college students is significantly different in whether the only child is the only child. The score of the only child is significantly lower than that of the non-only child. (3) there are significant differences between the urban and rural areas in the objective support dimension of social support. The scores of college students from urban areas were significantly higher than those from rural areas, and in the total score of social support, subjective support, There was no significant difference in the utilization of support between urban and rural areas. (4) there was significant difference between the only child and the non-only child in the subjective support dimension of social support. The scores of students with only children were significantly lower than those of non-only children, and the total score of social support, objective support, There was no significant difference in the utilization of support between the only child and the only child. (5) in the study of interpersonal attribution of college students, it was found that successful efforts, successful luck, successful internal control in interpersonal attribution. Failure background, failure external control have significant predictive effect on mental health.
