義務(wù)教育學(xué)校現(xiàn)代化辦學(xué)標準的價值轉(zhuǎn)向——兼論省級義務(wù)教育學(xué)校現(xiàn)代化辦學(xué)標準的研制

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代化的辦學(xué)標準是推進教育現(xiàn)代化的重要舉措與保障,均衡發(fā)展是制定義務(wù)教育現(xiàn)代化辦學(xué)標準的理論基礎(chǔ)與核心思想,F(xiàn)代化辦學(xué)標準的價值取向應(yīng)當(dāng)實現(xiàn):從強調(diào)效率向追求均衡及公平的轉(zhuǎn)向、從單項性辦學(xué)標準向綜合性辦學(xué)標準的轉(zhuǎn)向、從初步均衡向優(yōu)質(zhì)均衡的轉(zhuǎn)向、從單一質(zhì)量觀向全面質(zhì)量觀的轉(zhuǎn)向、從"政府管學(xué)校"向"政府辦學(xué)校"的轉(zhuǎn)向、從學(xué)校的被動發(fā)展向主動發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)向。這種價值觀指導(dǎo)下的省級現(xiàn)代化辦學(xué)標準應(yīng)當(dāng)設(shè)有硬件建設(shè)、師資隊伍、經(jīng)費保障、辦學(xué)行為、教育質(zhì)量、文化建設(shè)六大領(lǐng)域四十五個現(xiàn)代化的指標體系。
[Abstract]:The modern standard of running a school is an important measure and guarantee to promote the modernization of education, and the balanced development is the theoretical basis and core idea of setting the modern standard of running a school for compulsory education. The shift of standards is from initial equilibrium to high-quality equilibrium, from single quality concept to overall quality concept, from "government-run schools" to "government-run schools" and from passive development to active development. Guarantee, school running behavior, education quality, and cultural construction six major fields forty-five modernized index system.
