面向就業(yè)的高職學(xué)生信息技術(shù)核心能力構(gòu)成研究

【摘要】:本文以市場(chǎng)需求為導(dǎo)向,結(jié)合核心能力理論,對(duì)高職學(xué)生信息技術(shù)能力和當(dāng)前就業(yè)市場(chǎng)對(duì)員工信息能力需求進(jìn)行研究,得出面向就業(yè)的高職學(xué)生信息技術(shù)核心能力構(gòu)成,為培養(yǎng)具有普遍適應(yīng)各種職業(yè)信息素養(yǎng)需求,能應(yīng)變信息時(shí)代不斷變換的信息技術(shù)的就業(yè)人員,研究并形成面向就業(yè)的高職學(xué)生信息技術(shù)核心能力的構(gòu)成。 目前,高職信息技術(shù)教育尚未有統(tǒng)一而系統(tǒng)的教育規(guī)劃,課程內(nèi)容由學(xué)校自主決定,自由度大。學(xué)生的信息技術(shù)能力參差不齊,甚至有與市場(chǎng)就業(yè)需求脫節(jié)的現(xiàn)象。高職院校應(yīng)培養(yǎng)怎樣的信息技術(shù)能力才能使他們適合未來的職業(yè)和崗位?就業(yè)市場(chǎng)對(duì)職員的信息技術(shù)能力有怎樣的要求? 本文結(jié)合核心能力的理論,提出信息技術(shù)核心能力概念。在研究方法上,采用問卷調(diào)查、文獻(xiàn)研究、個(gè)案研究等方法,分別對(duì)高職教師和學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,分析高職學(xué)生的信息技術(shù)能力現(xiàn)狀及存在問題。同時(shí),采用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查歸納出目前學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)注的21項(xiàng)企業(yè)員工信息技術(shù)能力,并通過對(duì)企業(yè)的問卷調(diào)查驗(yàn)證了這21項(xiàng)能力被實(shí)際認(rèn)同。通過對(duì)就業(yè)市場(chǎng)職員的訪談?wù){(diào)查,了解不同崗位上就業(yè)者信息工作的具體內(nèi)容和企業(yè)對(duì)員工信息技術(shù)能力的要求,并總結(jié)出就業(yè)崗位上信息工作的五個(gè)階段。通過對(duì)各個(gè)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比,提出面向就業(yè)的高職學(xué)生信息技術(shù)核心能力構(gòu)成:包括五個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo),十五個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo),構(gòu)成該能力的二個(gè)維度的指標(biāo)分別體現(xiàn)出學(xué)生的信息技術(shù)能力和學(xué)生適應(yīng)職業(yè)的能力。最后,通過對(duì)典型學(xué)生的問卷測(cè)試驗(yàn)證了該結(jié)論實(shí)際應(yīng)用的有效性。
[Abstract]:Based on the market demand and the theory of core competence, this paper studies the information technology ability of higher vocational students and the demand for information ability of the employees in the current employment market, and obtains the core competence of the employment oriented vocational students' information technology, which can adapt to the needs of all kinds of professional information literacy and can adapt to the information age. Transformation of information technology employment personnel, research and formation of employment oriented vocational students' core competency of information technology.
At present, there is no unified and systematic education plan in the information technology education of higher vocational education. The content of the curriculum is decided by the school independently and has great freedom. The students' ability of information technology is uneven and even disjoins with the demand of market employment. What kind of information technology ability should be cultivated in Higher Vocational Colleges to make them fit for future careers and positions? What are the requirements for the information technology capability of the staff in the job market?
Based on the theory of core competence, this paper puts forward the concept of the core competence of information technology. In the study method, the questionnaire survey, literature study, case study and other methods are used to investigate the teachers and students of higher vocational colleges, and analyze the status and problems of the information technology ability of higher vocational students. The 21 enterprise employees' information technology ability is concerned by the business community, and the 21 abilities are identified by the questionnaire survey of the enterprises. Through interviews with the employees of the employment market, the specific content of the information work of the job seekers in different positions and the requirements of the enterprise to the ability of the employees' information technology are understood, and the letter of employment is summed up. The five stages of interest work. Through the analysis and comparison of the results of each survey, this paper puts forward the core competence of employment oriented vocational students' information technology: including five first level indicators and fifteen two level indicators, which constitute the two dimensions of the ability to reflect the students' ability of information technology and the ability of the students to adapt to the profession. After that, the validity of the conclusion is verified by the questionnaire test of typical students.
