【摘要】：有這樣一個故事,一個歐洲人去非洲旅游,雇了一個當?shù)氐南驅(qū)АＧ叭?向?qū)Х浅１M職盡責;第四天,向?qū)дf什么都不走了。他說,走得太快,要等一等靈魂。這讓我想到了學校文化建設。剛開始,文化的號角聲讓人熱血沸騰,激情四溢。校園美化,制度重建,大干快上、言必稱文化的熱潮迎面撲來�？墒�,我們是不是走得太快,而忘記了出發(fā)的目的?學校文化的倡導,源于我們對病態(tài)效率學說的反抗:對教師的評價,如同對快遞員的態(tài)度,看誰能又快又準地傳遞知識;對學生的培養(yǎng)高速度地運轉(zhuǎn)著,速度吃掉了閑暇,也吃掉了只能在閑暇土壤上生長的思想和心靈……那自由的氛圍,那學習的樂趣,那分享的快樂,到哪里去了?我們進行學校文化建設的本義,就是去尋求教育的真精神,去追尋春風化雨、靜待生長,是去改變校園里的每一個"人",去幫他們描畫好人生的底色。這比校園和制度的建設,要難上千百倍。幸好,我們還有一批思想者和踐行者。江蘇教科院的成尚榮研究員,將學校文化的思考引入了人格的層面;而四川省成都市七中育才學校張軍校長的踐行,則改變了一所學校師生的"精氣神"。我想,他們窺探到了文化最不為人知的、也是最核心的角落。他們在疾步前行中,停一停,挽上了教育的靈魂。
[Abstract]:There is a story of a European traveling to Africa and hiring a local guide. For the first three days, the guide was very conscientious; on the fourth day, the guide said nothing. He said, walking too fast, to wait for the soul. This reminds me of the construction of school culture. Just at the beginning, the bugle of the culture lets the person blood boil, the passion is overflowing. Campus beautification, system reconstruction, work quickly, must be said to be cultural upsurge. But did we go too fast and forget the purpose of our departure? The advocacy of school culture stems from our resistance to the theory of morbid efficiency: the evaluation of teachers, like the attitude towards couriers, to see who can transfer knowledge quickly and accurately; the training of students runs at a high speed, and speed eats up leisure. Also ate the thought and the soul which can only grow on the leisure soil. Where is the atmosphere of freedom, the joy of learning, the joy of sharing? The essence of our school culture construction is to seek the true spirit of education, to pursue the spring weathered rain, to wait for growth, to change every "person" on campus, to help them draw the background of life. This is a thousand times more difficult than the construction of the campus and the system. Fortunately, we still have a group of thinkers and practitioners. Cheng Shangrong, a researcher of Jiangsu Educational Science Institute, has introduced the thinking of school culture into the level of personality, while the practice of Zhang Jun principal of No. 7 Middle School in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, has changed the "spirit and spirit" of teachers and students in a school. I think they have peeped into the most obscure and central corner of the culture. As they marched forward, they paused and took the spirit of education.
