基于用戶滿意度的教育資源庫評價(jià)指標(biāo)研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,教育信息化越來越受到人們的重視。教育資源庫作為教育信息化的核心組成之一,其建設(shè)不僅成為教育信息化建設(shè)中不可或缺的部分,也已成為評價(jià)教育信息化建設(shè)績效的重要標(biāo)志之一。而教育資源庫的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,用戶對資源庫的需求也越來越高——從單純的資源共享發(fā)展到資源加工、處理、共享、交流的一體化服務(wù)。教育資源庫的發(fā)展從產(chǎn)品層次向服務(wù)層次轉(zhuǎn)變,以“用戶為中心”的思想,漸漸成為其核心的服務(wù)理念。因此,從用戶視角對教育資源庫建設(shè)做全面、系統(tǒng)、客觀的評價(jià),及時了解和把握用戶需求,是做好教育資源庫建設(shè)的重要前提。 在這樣的背景下,本文提出了從用戶的角度來測評教育資源庫的建設(shè)和應(yīng)用情況,通過引入顧客滿意度理論,構(gòu)建基于用戶滿意度的教育資源庫評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。本論文在邏輯上可以分為以下三個部分: 第一部分:對教育資源庫的相關(guān)概念、顧客滿意度理論、教育資源庫的相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀及評估研究的文獻(xiàn)分析。并結(jié)合教育資源庫本身的特點(diǎn),闡述了教育資源庫的用戶滿意度影響因素,參照相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究、訪談等結(jié)果,設(shè)計(jì)了基于用戶滿意度的教育資源庫評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并使用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對指標(biāo)的信度和效度進(jìn)行分析論證。 第二部分:在前面確定的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,并結(jié)合前文的調(diào)查問卷,對教育資源庫的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行具體地闡釋,且通過對問卷中的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,計(jì)算出各維度的用戶滿意度數(shù)值。對于滿意度相對低的維度,通過與用戶期望數(shù)據(jù)的對比甄別出造成數(shù)值偏低的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。 第三部分:將最終得到的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系應(yīng)用到上海教育資源庫中,對上海教育資源庫的建設(shè)與發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行全面、細(xì)致地分析,為其建設(shè)提供進(jìn)一步地改進(jìn)意見。 本研究的創(chuàng)新之處在于從用戶視角制定了符合用戶需求的教育資源庫評價(jià)指標(biāo)。它彌補(bǔ)了以往研究中忽略用戶需求的問題,為以后的教育資源庫的評價(jià)研究提供參考意見。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, people pay more and more attention to educational informatization. As one of the core components of educational informatization, the construction of educational resource bank is not only an indispensable part of educational informatization construction, but also an important symbol of evaluating the performance of educational informatization construction. With the further development of educational resource bank, the users' demand for resource bank is higher and higher-from simple resource sharing to integrated service of resource processing, sharing and communication. The development of educational resource bank has changed from product level to service level, and the idea of "user as the center" has gradually become its core service idea. Therefore, it is an important prerequisite to make a comprehensive, systematic and objective evaluation of the construction of the educational resource bank from the perspective of the user, and to understand and grasp the needs of the user in time. Under this background, this paper puts forward to evaluate the construction and application of educational resource bank from the perspective of users. By introducing the theory of customer satisfaction, the evaluation index system of educational resource bank based on user satisfaction is constructed. This thesis can be divided into the following three parts logically: the first part: the related concepts of the educational resource bank, customer satisfaction theory, the current situation of the educational resource bank research and the literature analysis of the evaluation research. Combined with the characteristics of the educational resource bank, this paper expounds the factors influencing the user satisfaction of the educational resource bank, and designs the evaluation index system of the educational resource bank based on the user satisfaction, referring to the results of relevant literature research and interviews, etc. Statistical software was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the index. The second part: on the basis of the evaluation index system, and combined with the previous questionnaire, the indicators of the educational resource bank are explained concretely, and through the statistical analysis of the data in the questionnaire, The user satisfaction values of each dimension are calculated. For the dimension of relatively low satisfaction, the key index of low value is identified by comparing with the user's expected data. The third part: the final evaluation index system is applied to the Shanghai Education Resource Bank, and the construction and development of the Shanghai Education Resource Bank are analyzed comprehensively and meticulously to provide further suggestions for its construction. The innovation of this study is that the evaluation index of educational resource bank is established from the perspective of user. It makes up for the neglect of users' needs in previous studies and provides reference for the evaluation of educational resource banks in the future.
