摘要:
針對(duì)美國(guó)部分中學(xué)懲戒失當(dāng)?shù)默F(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,《學(xué)校懲戒共識(shí)報(bào)告》建議采取多種方式創(chuàng)設(shè)有助于學(xué)習(xí)的環(huán)境,調(diào)動(dòng)校內(nèi)外資源實(shí)施有針對(duì)性的行為干預(yù),優(yōu)化學(xué)校與警務(wù)系統(tǒng)的伙伴協(xié)作,適當(dāng)發(fā)揮法院和司法系統(tǒng)的作用,使學(xué)生管理更具支持性.《報(bào)告》啟示我國(guó)應(yīng)確立以引導(dǎo)為主、懲戒為輔的學(xué)生管理立場(chǎng),建立多層級(jí)的懲戒體系,在制度層面防止懲戒權(quán)濫用;多方聯(lián)動(dòng),打通壁壘,建立學(xué)生管理共同體;持續(xù)收集數(shù)據(jù),做好大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的學(xué)生管理.
Abstract:
Facing the problems of school discipline, The School Discipline Consensus Report put forward splendid suggestions such as improving conditions for learning, implementing targeted behavioral interventions, building school-police partnership, and lessening the use of courts and juvenile justice. The enlightenments of the report are as follows:we should confirm the cultivating oriented student management, design multi-level discipline system, establish student management community, and carry out data-based student management in the big data era.
