廣東省完全中學校際教育資源均衡發(fā)展研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social economy, people's demand for quality education is more and more intense. However, high-quality educational resources are limited. This contradiction has caused many problems of education unfairness and directly affected the social harmony and stability. Therefore, how to promote the balanced development of education and promote educational fairness has become a major subject of education reform and development in China. At present, there are a lot of researches on this issue, and the research results are also different, but the research on the special object of complete middle school in the basic education stage is basically a blank. In view of this situation, this paper studies the balanced allocation of inter-school educational resources in Guangdong Province. On the basis of summarizing the achievements of previous researches on educational balance, this paper, according to the specific needs of the research, compiled an outline of a questionnaire survey with financial, human and material resources as the primary index, and conducted a questionnaire survey on the selected research objects. In order to understand the actual situation of inter-school educational resource allocation in Guangdong complete middle school, this study selects a complete middle school in Guangzhou and Meizhou as a case study and analysis on the basis of theoretical research. And put forward some concrete policy suggestions in view of the problems found in the study. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, introduces the origin of the paper, and analyzes the research ideas and methods of some experts and scholars at home and abroad. The second part discusses the theoretical basis and policy support of balanced development of educational resources. First of all, it discusses the theoretical basis of the balanced development of educational resources, that is, the theory of educational equality and the theory of public goods. Then it analyzes and summarizes the policies and measures promulgated and implemented by the central government and the local government in order to promote the balanced development of education and the policy orientation in the future. The third part compares the junior middle school department and the senior high school department of two complete middle schools from the three dimensions of financial resources, manpower and material resources, and then analyzes and summarizes the present situation of the allocation of inter-school education resources in Guangdong Province. The author draws the conclusion that the junior middle school department and the non-compulsory school department are both unbalanced in the allocation of educational resources, and in some indicators, the degree of imbalance in the allocation of education resources of junior high school is higher than that of the senior high school. Based on the analysis of the present situation, this paper discusses the cause and harm of the unbalanced development of the complete middle school. The fourth part summarizes the main conclusions of this study and puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the balanced allocation of educational resources between middle schools in Guangdong province.
