在線實(shí)踐共同體培育策略研究

【摘要】:科學(xué)技術(shù)和信息通訊技術(shù)的發(fā)展,以及經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化給人們社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域帶來了深刻的變化,傳統(tǒng)的一次高等教育收益終身的時(shí)代已經(jīng)過去。參與在線實(shí)踐共同體已成為人們學(xué)習(xí)的一種嶄新方式,成為促進(jìn)個(gè)人職業(yè)發(fā)展、集體智慧發(fā)展、組織績(jī)效提升的有效途徑。如何清晰認(rèn)識(shí)在線實(shí)踐共同體并有效培育它的發(fā)展,成為教育領(lǐng)域工作者開展研究的重要課題之一。 論文以在線實(shí)踐共同體培育策略為研究對(duì)象,按照“理論研究—模型設(shè)計(jì)—技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)—實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn)—理論總結(jié)”的研究思路,探索如何設(shè)計(jì)和構(gòu)建有效的在線實(shí)踐共同體培育策略模型。 論文的主要研究工作包括四個(gè)方面: 1.對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外在線實(shí)踐共同體研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述。論文從概念變遷角度對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)場(chǎng)、實(shí)踐共同體和在線實(shí)踐共同體進(jìn)行概述;從在線實(shí)踐共同體與成人學(xué)習(xí)、職業(yè)發(fā)展、技術(shù)運(yùn)用等角度總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果;從培育角度梳理在線實(shí)踐共同體培育研究現(xiàn)狀。論文形成如下觀點(diǎn):在線實(shí)踐共同體已成為成人學(xué)習(xí)的一種新方式;有效的在線實(shí)踐共同體才能支持成人職業(yè)發(fā)展;在線實(shí)踐共同體離不開技術(shù)的合理支撐;在線實(shí)踐共同體需要培育。但目前尚缺乏完整而有效的培育策略模型,缺乏具有實(shí)踐操作意義的培育策略。 2.梳理和闡釋在線實(shí)踐共同體培育理論基礎(chǔ)。為設(shè)計(jì)和構(gòu)建有效的在線實(shí)踐共同體培育策略模型,論文對(duì)在線實(shí)踐共同體培育的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行梳理和闡釋。首先梳理了在線實(shí)踐共同體培育之相關(guān)理論,其次分析了在線實(shí)踐共同體學(xué)習(xí)之內(nèi)涵特征,再次闡釋了在線實(shí)踐共同體生命周期之規(guī)律,最后探討了在線實(shí)踐共同體培育與學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境之關(guān)系。 3.設(shè)計(jì)和構(gòu)建在線實(shí)踐共同體培育策略模型。作為設(shè)計(jì)和構(gòu)建培育策略模型的基本依據(jù),論文首先提出七條在線實(shí)踐共同體培育原則。在培育原則指導(dǎo)下,論文根據(jù)在線實(shí)踐共同體生命周期之規(guī)律提出了4WHV培育策略模型。該模型由形成階段---規(guī)劃策略、發(fā)展階段---設(shè)計(jì)策略、成熟階段---維護(hù)策略和轉(zhuǎn)變階段---調(diào)整策略構(gòu)成。每種策略的具體構(gòu)建圍繞六個(gè)同樣問題展開,即When策略生效時(shí)間、Who參與成員、What階段目標(biāo)、(by) Which技術(shù)選擇和應(yīng)用、How具體措施和Value價(jià)值體現(xiàn)。 4.將培育策略模型應(yīng)用于一個(gè)案例在線實(shí)踐共同體,以驗(yàn)證該模型的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。論文將培育策略模型中的規(guī)劃策略和設(shè)計(jì)策略分別應(yīng)用于案例在線實(shí)踐共同體,以檢驗(yàn)形成階段的培育措施和發(fā)展階段的設(shè)計(jì)方案及功能架構(gòu)。 研究證明,論文提出的4WHV培育策略模型能為處于不同階段的在線實(shí)踐共同體提供具有實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義的培育策略,具有一定的通用性和有效性,能支持更多在線實(shí)踐共同體的有效形成和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of science and technology and information and communication technology, as well as economic globalization has brought profound changes to all fields of people's social life. The traditional era of a lifetime benefit of higher education has passed. Participation in online community of practice has become a new way for people to learn and become an effective way to promote personal career development, collective intelligence development and organizational performance improvement. How to clearly understand the online community of practice and effectively cultivate its development has become one of the most important research topics in the field of education. This paper takes the online practice community cultivation strategy as the research object, according to the research thought of "theory research-model design-technology realization-practice test-theory summary". Explore how to design and build an effective online practice community cultivation strategy model. The main research work includes four aspects: 1. This paper summarizes the research status of online community of practice at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the practice field, practice community and online practice community from the angle of concept change, summarizes the domestic and foreign research results from the aspects of online practice community and adult learning, professional development, technology application and so on. This paper reviews the current situation of online practical community cultivation from the perspective of cultivation. The paper forms the following views: online practice community has become a new way of adult learning; effective online practice community can support adult career development; online practice community can not be separated from the reasonable support of technology; Online communities of practice need to be nurtured. However, there is still a lack of a complete and effective cultivation strategy model, and a lack of practical and operational strategies. 2. Combing and explaining the theoretical foundation of online practice community cultivation. In order to design and construct an effective strategy model of online community of practice, this paper combs and explains the theoretical basis of online community of practice. First of all, it combs the relevant theory of online practice community cultivation, then analyzes the connotation characteristics of online practice community learning, and then explains the law of online practice community life cycle. Finally, the relationship between online practice community cultivation and learning environment is discussed. 3. Design and build online practice community cultivation strategy model. As the basic basis of designing and constructing the cultivation strategy model, this paper first puts forward seven online practice community cultivation principles. Under the guidance of cultivation principle, a 4WHV cultivation strategy model is proposed according to the law of online practice community life cycle. The model consists of formation-planning strategy, development-design strategy, mature-maintenance strategy and transformation-adjustment strategy. The concrete construction of each strategy revolves around six same problems, that is, when strategy comes into effect and who participates in what stage target, (by) which technology selection and application how concrete measures and value embodiment. 4. The cultivation strategy model is applied to a case online practice community to verify the practical significance of the model. In this paper, the planning strategy and the design strategy in the cultivation strategy model are applied to the online practice community to test the cultivation measures in the formative stage and the design scheme and functional framework in the development stage. It is proved that the 4WHV cultivation strategy model proposed in this paper can provide practical guidance for online community of practice in different stages, and it has certain generality and effectiveness. Can support the effective formation and development of more online communities of practice.
