基于云計算的混合學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)模式在高校教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:當(dāng)前教育信息化的突飛猛進,極大推動了教育的發(fā)展,同時也對教師的素質(zhì)提出了更高要求。教師不僅要掌握必備的專業(yè)教學(xué)技能,還需要具備一定的信息素養(yǎng),需要學(xué)習(xí)信息技術(shù)技能,提高利用信息技術(shù)開展教學(xué)的能力。新形勢下教育的變化和發(fā)展,使對教師的教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)變得日益迫切。我國已開展了多年的教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)工作,本文主要針對高校教師的教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)工作進行研究。 研究者根據(jù)近年來參加云南大學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)工作的實踐,并結(jié)合分析文獻資料,針對目前高校教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)中普遍存在的培訓(xùn)時間難以集中、短期培訓(xùn)效果有限、培訓(xùn)針對性不強、培訓(xùn)手段落后、培訓(xùn)資源匱乏等問題,在云計算輔助教學(xué)迅速發(fā)展的背景下,結(jié)合混合學(xué)習(xí)這一概念,對云計算在高校教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)中的應(yīng)用進行了闡述,總結(jié)提出了將云計算應(yīng)用于高校教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)的混合學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)模式。 本文共分為五部分: 第一部分:云計算綜述。主要介紹云計算思想的產(chǎn)生及概念、主要服務(wù)形式和典型應(yīng)用、核心技術(shù)、云計算平臺、國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及云計算在教育中的應(yīng)用。 第二部分:高校教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀分析。主要介紹高校教師特點、高校教師教育技術(shù)能力及結(jié)構(gòu)、高校教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)需求分析等內(nèi)容。 第三部分:基于云計算的混合學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)模式。主要介紹云計算輔助教學(xué)、基于云計算服務(wù)的培訓(xùn)模式中的混合學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)模式、信息技術(shù)與課程整合效果分析以及培訓(xùn)平臺的選擇。 第四部分:混合學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)模式在高校教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)中的應(yīng)用。本章以“基于Google云計算平臺的云南大學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)專題網(wǎng)站”為例,詳細闡述Google云計算平臺的功能特點,以及基于云計算的混合學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)模式的應(yīng)用分析,并對該模式的實施效果進行總結(jié)評價,提出了相應(yīng)的修正方案。 第五部分:反思與展望。主要闡述本論文研究所存在的不足之處以及對今后研究的展望。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of education informatization has greatly promoted the development of education, and also put forward higher requirements for the quality of teachers. Teachers should not only master the necessary professional teaching skills, but also have certain information literacy, the need to learn information technology skills, improve the ability to use information technology to carry out teaching, and education in the new situation. The change and development of the teachers' education technology training has become increasingly urgent. In China, the training of teachers' education technology has been carried out for many years. This paper mainly studies the education technology training of college teachers.
According to the practice of taking part in the training of teacher education technology in Yunnan University in recent years, and combining with the analysis of the literature, the researchers can not focus on the current training time in the education technology training of college teachers, the short term training effect is limited, the training is not strong, the training means are backward, and the training resources are scarce. Under the background of rapid development of auxiliary teaching, combined with the concept of mixed learning, this paper expounds the application of cloud computing in the training of teachers' Educational Technology in Colleges and universities, and summarizes and puts forward a mixed learning training model which applies cloud computing to the training of teachers' education technology in Colleges and universities.
This article is divided into five parts:
The first part is the overview of cloud computing. It mainly introduces the generation and concept of cloud computing, the main service forms and typical applications, the core technology, the cloud computing platform, the development status at home and abroad, and the application of cloud computing in education.
The second part is an analysis of the present situation of the education technology training for college teachers. It mainly introduces the characteristics of the university teachers, the ability and structure of the educational technology of the university teachers, and the analysis of the requirements for the training of the educational technology of the university teachers.
The third part: the hybrid learning training model based on cloud computing. It mainly introduces Cloud Computing Assisted Instruction, mixed learning training mode based on cloud computing service training mode, the analysis of information technology and curriculum integration effect and the selection of training platform.
The fourth part: the application of the mixed learning training model in the education technology training of the university teachers. This chapter takes "the Yunnan University teacher education technology training topic website based on the Google cloud computing platform" as an example, and expounds the functional characteristics of the Google cloud computing platform, as well as the application analysis of the mixed learning training model based on cloud computing. The implementation effect of the model is summarized and evaluated, and corresponding correction plan is put forward.
The fifth part: Introspection and prospect. It mainly expounds the shortcomings of the research and prospects for future research.
