【摘要】：高校心理健康服務(wù)工作是高等教育應(yīng)對(duì)時(shí)代挑戰(zhàn)的必然選擇,是促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的重要途徑,構(gòu)建科學(xué)有效的高校心理健康服務(wù)體系對(duì)促進(jìn)大學(xué)生心理健康成長,建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)具有重要意義。然而,我國高校心理健康服務(wù)工作發(fā)展極不平衡,亦鮮有系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的高校心理健康服務(wù)體系,這必將影響高校心理健康服務(wù)工作的績效和大學(xué)生心理健康水平的提升。作為經(jīng)濟(jì)相對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)的中國大陸最南部沿海省份,廣東省在全國較早開展了高校心理健康服務(wù)工作,在推動(dòng)我國高校心理健康服務(wù)發(fā)展方向方面有一些與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、先行先試的探索。本研究旨在以廣東省為個(gè)案,全面系統(tǒng)研究廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系發(fā)展歷史、現(xiàn)狀及特色,思忖不足,提出對(duì)策,以進(jìn)一步豐富和完善我國高校心理健康服務(wù)體系、促進(jìn)大學(xué)生心理健康和諧發(fā)展。 要構(gòu)建科學(xué)有效、重在“服務(wù)”的高校心理健康服務(wù)體系,首先必須以了解在校大學(xué)生的心理健康服務(wù)需求為基礎(chǔ)。為此,以文獻(xiàn)綜述為基礎(chǔ),本研究將“高校心理健康服務(wù)”界定為以在校大學(xué)生的心理健康成長需求為導(dǎo)向、運(yùn)用心理學(xué)專業(yè)理論與技術(shù)為大學(xué)生的心理健康成長需求服務(wù),以直接或間接地促進(jìn)在校大學(xué)生心理健康和諧發(fā)展的一種服務(wù)性活動(dòng)。同時(shí),將高校心理健康服務(wù)體系界定為在高等學(xué)校,由專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)和人員以大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求為導(dǎo)向,遵循大學(xué)生心理健康發(fā)展規(guī)律,向全體在校生所提供的心理促進(jìn)工作,以及圍繞此工作的投資、教育培訓(xùn)、管理監(jiān)督等所組成的系統(tǒng)。全文分為文獻(xiàn)綜述、問題提出、廣東省大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求研究、廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系研究及總的討論與結(jié)論五個(gè)部分,7個(gè)系列研究,相對(duì)完整地解析了基于大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求導(dǎo)向的高校心理健康服務(wù)體系內(nèi)涵及構(gòu)成,并對(duì)廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系發(fā)展歷史、現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn)、工作績效、存在問題及對(duì)策建議等問題進(jìn)行了全面、系統(tǒng)的探討。 為了解廣東省大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求基本維度,研究1自編研制了廣東省大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求問卷。以前人研究和開放式調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ)自編初測項(xiàng)目,經(jīng)項(xiàng)目分析、探索性因素分析、信效度分析,對(duì)初測問卷加以修訂,最后以結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型確定了大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求正式問卷。該問卷各指標(biāo)均達(dá)到了心理測量學(xué)的要求,可以作為測量大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工具。以研究1所編制的廣東省大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求問卷為基礎(chǔ),研究2對(duì)廣東省大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求特點(diǎn)及影響因素進(jìn)行了研討。在充分了解廣東省大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求特點(diǎn)及影響因素等基礎(chǔ)上,研究3提出了基于大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求導(dǎo)向的廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系理論構(gòu)想,并通過訪談研究法和問卷調(diào)查法,驗(yàn)證修訂了廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系維度,編制了廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系問卷并對(duì)其信效度進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。該問卷各指標(biāo)均達(dá)到了心理測量學(xué)的要求。研究4、5、6則運(yùn)用研究3編制的廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系問卷,分別對(duì)廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系之管理監(jiān)督體系、隊(duì)伍建設(shè)體系和技術(shù)體系特點(diǎn)、績效、存在問題等進(jìn)行了探查。為間接探測廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)績效,本研究以SCL-90為調(diào)查工具,對(duì)廣東省大學(xué)生心理健康總體狀況進(jìn)行了測量。在總的討論里,以前述研究為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系特色、績效加以凝練,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題反思不足,提出對(duì)策建議,為我國其它省市高校心理健康服務(wù)工作提供借鑒。 7個(gè)系列研究結(jié)果表明： (1)廣東省大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求問卷包括心理健康服務(wù)質(zhì)量需求、心理健康服務(wù)隊(duì)伍需求、心理健康服務(wù)形式需求、心理健康服務(wù)內(nèi)容需求四個(gè)維度。總體而言,廣東省大學(xué)生在心理健康服務(wù)四個(gè)維度方面都表現(xiàn)出較高的需求,尤其在心理健康服務(wù)質(zhì)量方面表現(xiàn)出較強(qiáng)烈的愿望；廣東省大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求不存在顯著性別差異,但存在年級(jí)、學(xué)校類型之間的顯著差異(p0.001); (2)廣東省大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求影響因素中,人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)變量、心理健康狀況和心理健康服務(wù)認(rèn)知可以預(yù)測大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求,其中,年級(jí)和學(xué)校類型是顯著影響心理健康服務(wù)需求的因素(p0.001)；大學(xué)生心理健康水平、大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)認(rèn)知與心理健康服務(wù)需求顯著相關(guān)。SCL-90均分對(duì)心理健康服務(wù)需求有顯著正向預(yù)測作用；大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)認(rèn)知對(duì)心理健康服務(wù)需求有顯著的正向預(yù)測作用,表現(xiàn)為大學(xué)生對(duì)心理健康服務(wù)的專業(yè)性認(rèn)知越積極,對(duì)心理健康服務(wù)人員認(rèn)可度越高,越可能主動(dòng)尋求心理健康服務(wù)。 (3)廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系由管理監(jiān)督、隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、技術(shù)體系三個(gè)維度構(gòu)成,它們分別對(duì)應(yīng)著大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求的三個(gè)層面,即“管理監(jiān)督”對(duì)應(yīng)“心理健康服務(wù)質(zhì)量需求”層面；“隊(duì)伍建設(shè)”對(duì)應(yīng)“心理健康服務(wù)隊(duì)伍需求”層面：“技術(shù)體系”對(duì)應(yīng)“心理健康服務(wù)內(nèi)容與服務(wù)形式需求”層面。 (4)廣‘東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系建設(shè)取得了一定成績,形成了自身特色。管理監(jiān)督方面,以專業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)為依托實(shí)施“柔性管理”,建立了高校心理健康服務(wù)三級(jí)管理模式；督查與自查相結(jié)合,以督導(dǎo)檢查為抓手引導(dǎo)全盤工作；�！t(yī)—家多方聯(lián)動(dòng),廣泛尋求與外部系統(tǒng)合作。隊(duì)伍建設(shè)方面,建立了專兼結(jié)合的大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)工作隊(duì)伍；加強(qiáng)上崗資格證制度和職業(yè)培訓(xùn)制度,促進(jìn)從業(yè)人員職業(yè)化專業(yè)化發(fā)展。技術(shù)體系方面,拓展內(nèi)容形式,營造濃郁氛圍；改變服務(wù)理念,強(qiáng)化全員育人：強(qiáng)化安全監(jiān)護(hù)意識(shí),實(shí)施“三預(yù)”工程。就整體而言,廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系建設(shè)取得了較好績效,表現(xiàn)在廣東省大學(xué)生心理健康總體水平較好,學(xué)生對(duì)心理健康服務(wù)工作滿意度、參與度、危機(jī)事件干預(yù)效果較好,廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)工作得到了社會(huì)、政府和教育界廣泛認(rèn)可。 (5)廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系存在一些不足。管理監(jiān)督體系方面,認(rèn)識(shí)待提高,發(fā)展欠平衡；心理咨詢師督導(dǎo)亟待加強(qiáng)；工作經(jīng)費(fèi)不夠充分,來源狹窄。隊(duì)伍建設(shè)體系方面,心理健康服務(wù)隊(duì)伍數(shù)量和質(zhì)量有待提高。技術(shù)服務(wù)體系方面,服務(wù)主渠道有待加強(qiáng)；研究生、教職工心理健康問題有待進(jìn)一步重視。 (6)廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系的重點(diǎn)建構(gòu)策略主要包括：提高認(rèn)識(shí),縮小差距；加強(qiáng)隊(duì)伍建設(shè),重視心理咨詢師督導(dǎo)；發(fā)揮主渠道作用,拓寬服務(wù)內(nèi)容與形式；整合資源,關(guān)心研究生和教職工心理健康。 (7)廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系對(duì)我國其他省市高校具有一定的借鑒意義。首先,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視是關(guān)鍵；其次,整合校內(nèi)外優(yōu)勢資源,形成合力。廣東省“�！t(yī)—家多方聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制”、全員參與開展師生互助計(jì)劃等舉措具有一定的示范效應(yīng)。第三,開展專項(xiàng)培訓(xùn)、定期督導(dǎo),切實(shí)關(guān)心高校心理健康服務(wù)人員：第四,關(guān)心研究生、教職員工心理健康狀況,拓寬高校心理健康服務(wù)范圍。 本研究在理論和方法上有所創(chuàng)新。理論方面,將高校心理健康服務(wù)體系與大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求聯(lián)系起采,豐富并提升了高校心理健康服務(wù)體系的內(nèi)涵。研究首先對(duì)廣東省大學(xué)生心理健康服務(wù)需求進(jìn)行了理論構(gòu)建及問卷編制,以此為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建了廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系理論,據(jù)此編制并驗(yàn)證了廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系問卷；國內(nèi)首次系統(tǒng)研究廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系,這對(duì)我國心理健康服務(wù)體系構(gòu)建將是一個(gè)重要補(bǔ)充,同時(shí)可能是一個(gè)新的研究方向。研究方法方面,嘗試采用質(zhì)的研究與量的研究相整合的研究思路,運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法等多種研究方法,對(duì)研究問題進(jìn)行多角度、多層面探討,推動(dòng)了廣東省高校心理健康服務(wù)體系研究的多元化與綜合化。本研究中的主要方法為調(diào)查法,并且在測驗(yàn)中使用的工具也多是自我報(bào)告組成的問卷,自我報(bào)告量表在施測過程中可能產(chǎn)生許多問題,如反應(yīng)偏差、評(píng)價(jià)憂慮、社會(huì)贊許效應(yīng)等。未來的研究可以采用他評(píng)和自評(píng)相結(jié)合以及干預(yù)實(shí)驗(yàn)法等對(duì)高校心理健康服務(wù)體系進(jìn)行研究,從而為在高校開展心理健康服務(wù)提供基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)和發(fā)展思路。
[Abstract]:The work of mental health service in colleges and universities is an inevitable choice for the challenge of higher education to meet the challenge of the times . It is an important way to promote the overall development of college students .


In order to build a scientific and effective system of mental health service in colleges and universities , it is necessary to understand the mental health service requirement of college students .


In order to find out the basic dimension of mental health service demand of college students in Guangdong province , this paper discusses the characteristics and influencing factors of mental health service in Guangdong Province .


The 7 series of study results show that :


( 1 ) The demand for mental health service of college students in Guangdong province includes four dimensions of mental health service quality demand , mental health service team demand , mental health service form requirement and mental health service content demand . In general , Guangdong university students show higher demand in the four dimensions of mental health service , especially in the aspect of mental health service quality .
There were no significant gender differences in the mental health service demand of Guangdong college students , but there was a significant difference between grades and school types ( p0.001 ) ;


( 2 ) Among the factors influencing the mental health service demand of Guangdong college students , demographic variables , mental health status and mental health service cognition can predict the mental health service demand of college students , among which the grade and the school type are the factors that significantly affect the demand of mental health service ( p0.001 ) ;
The mental health level of college students , the cognition of mental health service of college students and the demand of mental health service were significantly correlated . SCL - 90 had positive predictive effect on the demand of mental health service ;
The cognition of mental health service of college students has a positive predictive role in the demand of mental health service , which shows that the more active the students ' professional knowledge of mental health service , the higher the cognition of mental health service personnel , the more likely they seek psychological health service .


( 3 ) The mental health service system of Guangdong colleges and universities is composed of three dimensions of management supervision , team construction and technical system , which correspond to the three levels of mental health service demand of college students , namely , " management supervision " and " mental health service quality demand " level ;
" Team construction " corresponds to the " mental health service team demand " level : " technical system " corresponds to " mental health service content and service form demand " level .


( 4 ) The construction of mental health service system in Guangdong colleges and universities has made some achievements , which has formed its own characteristics . In the aspect of management and supervision , the three - level management mode of mental health service in colleges and universities is established through the implementation of " flexible management " by professional associations . ( 5 ) There are some deficiencies in the mental health service system of Guangdong colleges and universities . In the aspect of management and supervision system , understanding is to be improved , the development of underbalance is needed ; the supervision of psychological consultant needs to be strengthened ; the quantity and quality of mental health service team are to be improved in the aspects of insufficient fund and narrow source . The main channel of service is to be strengthened in the aspect of technical service system . ( 6 ) The key construction strategies of mental health service system in Guangdong colleges include : raising awareness , reducing the gap , strengthening team construction , paying attention to the supervision of psychological consultants , playing the role of main channel , widening the content and form of service , integrating resources , caring for graduate students and faculty and staff . ( 7 ) The health service system of colleges and universities in Guangdong province has certain reference meaning to other provinces and cities in China . First , it is the key to take the leading attention ; secondly , to integrate the internal and external advantages resources and to form the resultant force . This paper makes a study on the mental health service system of Guangdong colleges and universities by combining the methods of literature , interview , questionnaire and so on . This paper makes a multi - angle and multi - level study on the mental health service system of Guangdong colleges and universities .
