【摘要】:本文為河南省M學(xué)校發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略分析,主要思路是以企業(yè)經(jīng)營模式發(fā)展學(xué)校,為學(xué)校制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。在國家政策和學(xué)生就業(yè)需求雙重推動下,我國職業(yè)教育取得了長足的發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)出大批專業(yè)計稅水平高的人才,充實了我國技術(shù)職業(yè)崗位,有力的支持了社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。越來越多的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校取得了巨大的進步,相應(yīng)的學(xué)校之間的競爭日益多元化,并越加激烈。與此同時,我國的社會工作事業(yè),于2004年在上海試點,將會得到政策的傾斜,得到大力發(fā)展。但是社會工作人才的缺乏卻無法滿足社會的需求。河南省M學(xué)校作為以社會工作為特色專業(yè)的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校,處于兩大有利時機的黃金交叉點上,必須挖掘自身潛力,合理定位,把握機遇,以企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的模式發(fā)展學(xué)校,這需要一個貼切學(xué)校實際,行之有效的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 本文借助企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論,發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論的知識,對河南省M學(xué)校的歷史情況,發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了系統(tǒng)的研究,指明了學(xué)校在教學(xué)科研,學(xué)校管理方面存在的問題。其中運用PEST分析法,“波特五力模型”以及外部環(huán)境分析模型等方法,對學(xué)校所處的外部環(huán)境中的有利條件和危機挑戰(zhàn)進行了綜合評價析,得出無論經(jīng)濟政策還是社會需求方面,機會遠遠多于挑戰(zhàn),占據(jù)了大力發(fā)展的制高點;通過價值鏈分析,核心競爭力分析以及內(nèi)部環(huán)境要素評價矩陣(IFE)對內(nèi)部環(huán)境進行了系統(tǒng)分析,指明了學(xué)校內(nèi)部優(yōu)劣勢分布旗鼓相當(dāng)。 在以上分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采用SWOT分析,找出了有利于河南省M學(xué)校發(fā)展的幾種戰(zhàn)略方案,然后借助定性定量分析兩種途徑對各種方案進行可行性分析。最終選定了以2017年之前升格為河南省社會工作職業(yè)學(xué)院為目標(biāo),以合理利用機遇,最大化學(xué),F(xiàn)有資源為原則,以發(fā)展特色社會工作專業(yè)為重點,以完善學(xué)校自身建設(shè),加強師資力量培訓(xùn);采取渠道戰(zhàn)略,加大招生就業(yè)力度;實施促銷策略:合理使用廣告公關(guān);采取品牌化戰(zhàn)略,集中力量發(fā)展特色專業(yè)等措施為支撐體系的戰(zhàn)略方案。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the development strategy of M school in Henan Province. The main idea is to develop the school in the mode of enterprise management and to formulate the development strategy for the school. Under the dual promotion of national policy and students' employment demand, vocational education in our country has made great progress, trained a large number of talents with high professional tax level, enriched the technical professional posts in our country, and supported the development of social economy. More and more secondary vocational schools have made great progress. At the same time, the social work of our country, in 2004 in Shanghai pilot project, will get the policy inclination, obtains the vigorous development. However, the lack of social workers can not meet the needs of society. As a secondary vocational school with the characteristics of social work, M school in Henan Province is in the golden intersection of two favorable opportunities. It is necessary to tap its own potential, rationally position, grasp the opportunity, and develop the school in the mode of enterprise management. This requires a practical and effective development strategy for the school. With the help of the theory of enterprise strategic management and the knowledge of developing strategy theory, this paper makes a systematic study on the historical situation and present situation of M school in Henan Province, and points out the problems existing in teaching and scientific research and school management. Among them, using pest analysis method, "Porter's five Force Model" and "external Environment Analysis Model", this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the favorable conditions and crisis challenges in the external environment of the school. In terms of economic policy and social needs, opportunities far outweigh challenges and occupy the commanding heights of vigorous development; value chain analysis, The analysis of core competence and the evaluation matrix of internal environment elements (IFE) systematically analyze the internal environment and point out that the distribution of advantages and disadvantages within schools is equal. On the basis of the above analysis, SWOT analysis is used to find out several strategic schemes that are beneficial to the development of M school in Henan Province, and then the feasibility of these schemes is analyzed by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Finally, the goal of upgrading to Henan Social work Vocational College before 2017 is chosen. The aim is to make rational use of the opportunity, to maximize the existing resources of the school, to develop the specialty of social work with characteristics as the focus, and to perfect the school's own construction. Strengthen the training of teachers; adopt channel strategy to increase recruitment and employment; implement promotion strategy: use advertising public relations rationally; adopt brand strategy and concentrate on the development of specialty with characteristics as the supporting system of the strategic plan.
