【摘要】：作為特殊歷史時(shí)期的產(chǎn)物,我國(guó)的重點(diǎn)學(xué)校制度在推動(dòng)少數(shù)學(xué)校辦學(xué)條件的改善、教育質(zhì)量的提高和加快精英人才的培養(yǎng)等方面,發(fā)揮過(guò)應(yīng)有的歷史作用。而當(dāng)今大眾化教育背景下這種制度的存在卻破壞了教育公平,阻礙了社會(huì)階層的正常流動(dòng),是以損失大多數(shù)人的利益為代價(jià)的。重點(diǎn)學(xué)校制度的逐漸消除,是保證學(xué)校教育均衡發(fā)展和教育公平的必要措施。
[Abstract]:As the product of the special historical period, the key school system of our country has played its due historical role in promoting the improvement of the running conditions of a few schools, improving the quality of education and speeding up the cultivation of elite talents. However, the existence of this system in the context of mass education undermines the educational fairness, hinders the normal flow of social strata, and loses the interests of the majority of people. The gradual elimination of the key school system is a necessary measure to ensure the balanced development of school education and the equity of education.
