【摘要】：公民的素質(zhì)高低取決于公民教育,良好的公民教育能造就優(yōu)秀的公民素質(zhì)。因此,公民教育實(shí)在是一項(xiàng)至關(guān)重要的社會(huì)道德和價(jià)值觀的基礎(chǔ)工程。我國在國家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)取得驕人業(yè)績的同時(shí),也出現(xiàn)了道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滑坡、社會(huì)秩序混亂、信用體系危機(jī)和違法犯罪事件不斷上升等諸多嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)問題,構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)成了社會(huì)發(fā)展的迫切需求。另一方面,從更為長遠(yuǎn)的意義上看,一個(gè)民族的偉大復(fù)興必須具備高度的民主政治制度,它是國家發(fā)展和進(jìn)步的最有效的推動(dòng)力之一,而真正的民主政治制度的載體是積極理性參與社會(huì)而又具有公共精神的民主公民。培養(yǎng)合格的公民是一項(xiàng)長期、復(fù)雜的過程,它需要寬闊的視野和長遠(yuǎn)的目光。我國擁有上千年的文化傳統(tǒng),歷史悠久,有著較為深厚人治傳統(tǒng),在社會(huì)心理層面,“臣民”意識(shí)在人們的思想中有著沉重的烙印。解決這一問題的關(guān)鍵就是在全社會(huì)普遍開展公民教育,傳播現(xiàn)代公民意識(shí)。 現(xiàn)階段,我國正處于由計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的全面轉(zhuǎn)型期,市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制正在逐步完善,促進(jìn)著社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)正向國家、社會(huì)的二元平行結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變,公民擁有了更多的社會(huì)權(quán)利、經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)利和政治權(quán)利,這些變化增強(qiáng)了人們的公民意識(shí)、強(qiáng)化了公民的主體地位,也增強(qiáng)了公民參與社會(huì)事務(wù)和政治生活的熱情和能力,但是這一轉(zhuǎn)變的過程也要求公民具有一定正確的公民知識(shí),因而加強(qiáng)和普及公民教育具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 美國是最早推行青年公民教育的國家之一,隨著公民教育理論的快速發(fā)展、公民教育方法的不斷創(chuàng)新,公民教育的途徑也越來越多樣和有效,本文從服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)、課堂教學(xué)以及校園及社會(huì)環(huán)境熏陶三個(gè)方面分析美國青年公民教育的途徑。通過借鑒國外,特別是對(duì)美國青年公民教育的方法和途徑的分析,取其精華,有利于培養(yǎng)我國青年的愛國情操、民族自豪感以及自信心。本文的研究內(nèi)容對(duì)現(xiàn)代的現(xiàn)實(shí)生活也有著十分重要的借鑒和啟示的意義,希望能夠進(jìn)一步激發(fā)其他學(xué)者們投入該領(lǐng)域研究的熱情。 本論文根據(jù)研究內(nèi)容與研究任務(wù)的需要,在研究過程中采用了文獻(xiàn)分析法、因素分析法、模式研究法、比較法等多種研究方法,通過對(duì)我國青年的公民教育與美國青年的公民教育的對(duì)比,對(duì)我國青年公民教育在課程設(shè)置、權(quán)責(zé)意識(shí)以及教育途徑上提出啟示,以期能夠?qū)ξ覈那嗄旯窠逃陌l(fā)展提供一些資料和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The quality of citizens depends on civic education, good civic education can create excellent quality of citizens. Therefore, civic education is an essential foundation of social morality and values. While our country has made remarkable achievements in national economic construction, there are also many serious social problems, such as a decline in moral standards, chaos in social order, a crisis in the credit system and an increasing number of illegal and criminal incidents. Building a harmonious society has become an urgent need for social development. On the other hand, in the longer term, the great rejuvenation of a nation must have a high degree of democratic political system, which is one of the most effective driving forces for the development and progress of the country. The carrier of the real democratic political system is the democratic citizen who takes part in the society actively and rationally and has the public spirit. Training qualified citizens is a long-term, complex process that requires broad vision and long-term vision. China has thousands of years of cultural tradition, has a long history, has a relatively deep tradition of rule by man, in the social psychological level, "subjects" consciousness in people's thinking has a heavy brand. The key to solve this problem is to carry out civic education and spread modern civic consciousness in the whole society. At the present stage, our country is in a comprehensive transition from planned economy to market economy, and the market economic system is gradually improving, promoting the transformation of the social structure to the state, the dual parallel structure of the society, and the citizens having more social rights. Economic and political rights, these changes have enhanced the civic awareness, strengthened the dominant position of citizens, and increased the enthusiasm and ability of citizens to participate in social affairs and political life, However, the process of this change also requires citizens to have correct civic knowledge, so it is of great practical significance to strengthen and popularize civic education. The United States is one of the earliest countries to promote youth civic education. With the rapid development of civic education theory and the continuous innovation of civic education methods, the ways of civic education are becoming more and more diverse and effective. Classroom teaching and the influence of campus and social environment are three ways to analyze American youth civic education. By analyzing the methods and approaches of American youth civic education abroad, especially in the United States, it is helpful to cultivate the patriotic sentiment, national pride and self-confidence of our young people. The research content of this paper also has the very important reference and the enlightenment significance to the modern real life, hoped can arouse the other scholars to put the research enthusiasm in this field further. According to the need of the research content and task, this paper adopts many kinds of research methods, such as document analysis, factor analysis, model research, comparative method and so on. By comparing the civic education of our youth with that of the American youth, this paper puts forward some inspirations on the curriculum, the sense of power and responsibility and the ways of education of the youth civic education in our country. In order to provide some information and basis for the development of youth civic education in our country.
