【摘要】:正在應(yīng)試教育背景下,"好生"自然深得教師喜愛,"差生"則常被邊緣化。教師大多依據(jù)作業(yè)與分數(shù),對"差生"表達一種"恨鐵不成鋼"式的焦慮與批評,卻沒有深入"差生"的內(nèi)心世界中去考察。其實,"差生"更需要教師的深度關(guān)懷,教師對待"差生"的言行尤其要小心謹慎。剛剛結(jié)束的教
