小學(xué)新教師專業(yè)生活研究
[Abstract]:The professional life of new primary school teachers refers to the teachers' professional study, education and teaching in the specific educational environment and their own professional field, in order to promote teachers' professional accomplishment, perfect themselves and students' life value. All related practical activities such as educational research. According to the responsibility of the new primary school teachers and the components of the teachers' professional life, this paper divides the professional life structure of the new primary school teachers into three parts: the teachers' professional learning life, the teachers' educational teaching life and the teachers' educational research life. Among them, professional study life is the foundation and prerequisite of teachers' professional life, education and teaching life is the center and main part of teachers' professional life, and educational research life is the sublimation and promotion means of teachers' professional life. In the process of professional development of new primary school teachers, teachers need to enrich their own knowledge through learning, renew their educational ideas through research, improve their teaching skills through teaching practice, so that they can become mature teachers from novice teachers. Then to achieve professional maturity, to achieve the professional value of teachers and the significance of life. Learning, teaching and research are the main contents of teachers' professional life. Therefore, teachers' professional life is an important means and necessary condition for teachers' professional development. In recent years, teachers' professional life has gradually become the focus of attention and practical trend. Some scholars at home and abroad have carried out related research, but the research results are relatively limited, mainly including the research of teachers' living conditions. The research of teachers' professional life related problems and the improvement of teachers' professional life strategies. In addition, there are few researches on the special group of new primary school teachers, so it is important to study the professional living conditions of new primary school teachers. This paper takes the new teachers of five primary schools in Y city as the research object, on the basis of consulting the literature, based on the framework of teachers' professional life structure, through questionnaires and interviews to the understanding of the professional life of the new primary school teachers, professional life learning situation. The present situation of educational teaching life, educational research life and professional life management is investigated. It is found that there is a gap between the ideal of professional life of new primary school teachers and reality, the independence of professional life of new primary school teachers is not strong, the teaching life of new primary school teachers is poor to deal with, and the life of educational research is in a marginal position. The lack of scientific management of professional life by new primary school teachers. This paper analyzes the reasons from the lack of humanistic care for new teachers, the excessive training of infused teachers and the lack of professional qualities of new primary school teachers. Aiming at the problems and combining with the related research, the following improvement strategies are put forward: based on the help of the school, adapting to the change of role as soon as possible, optimizing the learning content and way, improving the quality of professional study life; Rational use of resources to improve the level of education and teaching; learn education research to improve the quality of professional life; use planning and management to ensure the quality of professional life.
