【摘要】：吉林省通化市東風(fēng)小學(xué)校是一所具有50多年歷史的老校,近年來,學(xué)校始終圍繞"成長(zhǎng)教育"這一辦學(xué)理念,立足實(shí)際,狠抓落實(shí),開展了卓有成效的基地校培訓(xùn)工作,完善了一系列培訓(xùn)體系,取得了一定的成果。以通化市東風(fēng)小學(xué)校為例,探討如何發(fā)揮校長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)基地作用。
[Abstract]:Dongfeng Primary School in Tonghua City, Jilin Province, is an old school with a history of more than 50 years. In recent years, the school has always focused on the idea of "growth education", based on reality, paid close attention to implementation, and carried out fruitful training work for base schools. A series of training systems have been perfected and some achievements have been made. Taking Dongfeng Primary School in Tonghua City as an example, this paper discusses how to give full play to the role of principal training base.
