【摘要】:北京東城區(qū)史家學(xué)區(qū)著力創(chuàng)拓"無邊界"教育的學(xué)區(qū)模式。一是以"和諧+無邊界"為建設(shè)理念,以"種子計劃"為核心戰(zhàn)略,整體設(shè)計"無邊界"學(xué)區(qū)。二是建立統(tǒng)分結(jié)合、縱橫結(jié)合、收放結(jié)合的總體運行機制,以協(xié)同機制、流動機制、復(fù)盤機制、榮點機制和榜樣機制,聯(lián)動貫串管理全過程,構(gòu)筑管理新生態(tài)。三是綜合貫通任務(wù)層,通過打開價值邊界、管理邊界、校園邊界、教研邊界、培訓(xùn)邊界、活動邊界、課程邊界、課堂邊界、社團邊界,攜手推動校區(qū)建設(shè)、教師發(fā)展和學(xué)生成長。
